Bootleg over priced items that took weeks to arrive.

Terrible quality product that instantly fell apart. Kids toy, with small pieces. Very dangerous and refused refund, replacement or any sort of responsibility. Would never recommend you buy from here.

Non responsive customer service and store. No response to multiple emails and only replied when threatened chargeback. Finally shipped order and they arrived damaged and very cheap quality, will not purchase from this business again. Do not recommend.

Ordered over 2 weeks and haven’t even received a dispatch email (the website says between 1-3 days). I understand Christmas is a busy time but there was no transparency on the delays or no communication! I have had to reach out by email multiple times and they are not responsive. Ive received one reply stating I will receive a dispatch notification “in the next week” and I never did.

They need to be transparent about delays on their website or at least reach out via email giving orders an expected date of delivery.

So frustrating

I bought a K Pop demon hunters t-shirt for my daughter and the barbies too. Both of the items arrived with damage. There was a mark on one of the barbies faces and damage to one of the letters on the t-shirt. The box was also damaged. There is no way that these items are worth what they cost.
Communication has been patchy at best with the company and they have not been forthcoming in providing a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I purchased the 3 Kpop dolls for a gift. The packaging was all squashed and cheap. One of the dolls legs broke off within 10 minutes (my niece is 5 and wasn't playing rough with the doll). One of the other dolls legs also broke off but was fortunately able to push it back into place. The dolls are poor quality and not worth the price. DO NOT BUY THESE DOLLS! Would of got better quality from temu

My item arrived. It was $69 plus postage and took a few weeks. It was a set of three Kpop Demon Hunter dolls.
Fortunately, I had purchased a long way out from Christmas.
The package arrived today. It's a crumpled mess, and not ideal to gift, but is my only option as a gift. I'm lucky that my 4 year old granddaughter probably won't care about the packaging. But I do.

No response, no replies when contacted via email.
No phone number supplied. Worst customer care.

Purchased on the 3rd of April to hopefully receive items by Easter weekend (18.4.25). Emailed and message through the website directly for a parcel update when I still didn't receive a shipping notification... As of the 17th, still no shipping info or reply from seller. I wish I checked the reviews here before purchasing.

Waited 2 weeks to receive my items my Daughter was so happy they finally arrived.

They are FAKE this company advertises them as POP MART and send some fake chinese items with no POP MART anywhere on the packaging only chinese writing.

I asked for and received a full refund but i am still not sure if the supplier was the problem as they told me ,if you dont know the product you are selling you should not be selling at all,i adjusted to give 2 stars only because i was refunded.

I ordered 2 cubes and noticed only after I received them that the ones I added to the cart were not the same that were added to the order. Got sent 2 matching cubes, seems their system not necessarily adds the ones you select.
Also, one of them came with a sticker that left glue residue that was impossible to remove without damaging the cubes.
Contacted them only to receive a reply 2 days later saying that it was what I ordered and nothing further.
And the reviews on their website are fake, they only post 5 stars review, mine was deleted

Placed $99 order on the 2nd Dec.
13th Dec no product or emailed receipt

Let’s see how this pans out..
