Faulty Watch & Lack of Response
I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order. The watch I purchased as a Christmas present has not worked from the moment it arrived. I contacted about this, and I was told a replacement would be sent at the end of January due to a stock shortage.
Since the last communication on 4th January, I have received no updates whatsoever. I am now left out of pocket with a watch that doesn’t work, and no indication of when — or if — the replacement will be sent.
