Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. I had to contact them after a software upgrade they pushed rendered the watch unusable.
I got in touch with them via the WhatsApp support and immediately got asked to provide all sorts of useless information before they would log a fault. I was then told it would get passed to customer support and to be patient.
Six weeks later, I’ve had no response and when I do send chasers, I get an auto note saying to contact them during office hours, regardless of what time I reach out.
I’ve been losing money on the sim during all this time and my daughter has no watch.
Do not buy an IMOO watch - tell your friends. I am.
Great idea - If only it worked as advertised!!
Impressive idea for a product, however we've had multiple issues with the watch since buying it for my 10 year old daughter in December and the follow up support by Imoo has been poor, and at times laughable.
We purchased a Lebara Sim card for the watch which worked perfectly to start with but quickly the location of the watch kept stating "network error" and not updating which was the main reason we bought the watch given our daughter is walking to school now.
After many interactions with the support team on Whatsapp their initial solution was to try a "main provider" SIm card, even though Lebara use Vodafone. We tried a O2 Sim card and the same issue carried on, the location would be fine when the phone was restarted but within a day would stop updating.
I was then referred to the so called IT support team who didn't respond within a week and now I just keep getting fobbed off when I try and make contact. Such a shame as the watch in theory is a great idea but they should be ashamed about their aftercare and lack of solution to technical problems with the product. Hoping they will allow me to return the product but as I bought it directly from them I'm not holding out much hope
Pessima telecamera e pessima assistenza post vendita…da non comprare...ha solo tantissimi difetti e dell’assistenza clienti è meglio non parlare!!!
Pessima esperienza con loro in quanto ho acquistato la telecamera perché mi serviva in una zona dove non ho la corrente.
Iniziamo con il dire che la qualità costruttiva è tipica di un apparecchio cinese con plastiche di scarsa qualità, il funzionamento ancora peggio.
La connessione WiFi è praticamente inesistente riesce a connettersi solo se hai il modem attaccato alla telecamera ma anche così 8 volte su 10 non si collega all’app.
L’unica connessione che va è quella con la scheda SIM ma devi fare un abbonamento a parte con loro (con prezzi discutibili) oppure comprare tu una SIM che aggiunge ulteriori spese fisse ogni mese.
Durante la riproduzione live molto spesso il video si blocca bloccando tutta l’app quindi bisogna chiudere tutto e riniziare da capo con tempi di attesa biblici.
L’app spesso si blocca e se imposti i settaggi dei dispositivi il più delle volte non li prende.
La registrazione video inizia e finisce quando vuole lei e il tracciamento è praticamente inesistente.
I video che registra spesso non vengono né riconosciuti e né riprodotti sia dall’app che dal pc.
Contatti l’assistenza cliente e esponi in maniera dettagliata tutte le problematiche e le soluzioni che hai provato e ti rifanno fare loro nuovamente tutte le prove. Poi nel caso te la vogliono sostituire ti danno un nuovo indirizzo mail a cui scrivere dove ti fanno rifare nuovamente le prove e nel caso il tutto non funzionasse ti danno un nuovo indirizzo mail a cui scrivere per avere la sostituzione…tra loro non si parlano, sembra una corsa ad ostacoli!!!
Tutto questo ti fa perdere tempo e pazienza senza risolvere il problema di un dispositivo pagato 160,00 euro.
Assolutamente sconsigliato e da non comprare, non posso fare il reso perché sono scaduti i giorni quindi butterò il dispositivo , e di conseguenza 160 euro, nella spazzatura…

Ich beziehe mich mit der Bewertung ausdrücklich auf den Kundenservice, nicht auf die Kinderuhr von imoo. Ich versuche nun seit 2 Wochen, die defekte Kinderuhr innerhalb der Garantiezeit bei imoo zu reparieren oder auszutauschen. Nach einer Abfrage von sämtlichen Detaildaten wie App-Versionen und 5 Fotos der Uhr, die ich imoo direkt zugesendet habe, war einfach Funkstille. Ich habe nun bereits drei weitere Male versucht, Kontakt mit dem Kundensupport oder dem Reparaturservice aufzunehmen. imoo stellt sich tot. Das ist deshalb nicht akzeptabel, da die Uhr für unsere Familie einen Sicherheitsaspekt darstellt und notwendig ist, um kurzfristig und in Notsituationen mit unserem Kind zu sprechen. Dies ist momentan nicht möglich. Deshalb ist das Ignorieren unserer Mail an imoo ein absolutes "No Go". Die Uhr ist von der Qualität soweit in Ordnung, allerdings darf damit nichts passieren, sonst ist man verlassen. Deshalb sollte man sich den Kauf bei imoo gut überlegen.

Leider keinerlei Möglichkeit eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice zu führen. Kauft keinesfalls dort Produkte!

The only reason i give for and not 5 stars is because we ordered 2 watches for 2 daughters, one white the other pink. And we got blue instead thr white one! As shipping takes too long (and we needed watch right away) we accepted simbolic return of some money. Service was fast to solve problem and offer to chose between return and money. But even sad daughter wanted watch for beginning of school so return was not an option.
Besides that one mistake products and service is 5/5!!

Exactamente igual que Angel. El reloj después de pocos meses de funcionar (más o menos) empezó a dar problemas con la geolocalización, con el chat, después las llamadas entre amigos/as hasta que al final no podía ni contactar por llamada con mi hija. El servicio técnico entraba en bucle con las "soluciones" que me daban, que no han servido para nada. Duplicado de la sim, descargar nueva versión...ninguna opción, un auténtico desastre. No compréis un reloj IMOO.

El reloj ha dado problemas con las tarjetas SIM desde el inicio y también con la conexión a red, pero lo terrible ha sido el servicio técnico. Llevo dos meses intentando que me solucionen el problema, de un reloj en garantía y no haces más que dar vueltas a lo mismo.
No compréis un reloj IMOO.

I am writing to file a formal complaint…
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of a watch I ordered from Imoostore. Despite multiple assurances and tracking numbers provided, I have yet to receive my purchase.
My order was placed on Purchase . The initial tracking number provided by Imoostore was S02-2342882-3551946. This tracking number indicated that the item was delivered, however, no product was ever received at my address.
Following this, when I inquired about the missing item, Imoostore provided a second tracking number, S02-2479922-0297569, claiming they had re-shipped the watch. This second shipment also failed to be delivered. The reason given for non-delivery in this instance was that I supposedly could not be found at the address. This is simply untrue. My full address, along with my phone number, was accurately provided in the order details, and is accessible through the Aircode system. There is no legitimate reason why delivery could not have been completed.
I have been in communication with Imoostore regarding these issues, but the problem remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the repeated failures to deliver the product I paid for.
I request a full investigation into this matter and immediate resolution, which includes either the prompt delivery of the watch or a full refund. I expect a response and a plan of action within 7 business days from the date of this complaint.
