Recently ordered/received two watches for my sons. After a day or two of receiving them, both watches stopped tracking completely and on multiple occasions they started switching themselves off, leaving us unable to contact and keep track of our kids. The whole point! The prompt on screen was that the ‘network connection’ wasn’t functioning. After contacting customer support multiple times, we were basically told that our network (virgin media) could be glitchy and that Vodafone or Three would be the preferred networks for the watches. We have since changed networks, received and input the new SIM cards and the watches are still malfunctioning. For the price we paid we feel completely ripped off. I contacted customer support AGAIN today and have not received ANY communication whatsoever. Will be looking for a full refund as we paid €200 + for a product that does not work. I might as well have gotten them in the pound shop. Absolutely ridiculous. Please avoid!

Review edit 25.06.25 - Both watches stopped working completely citing ‘no sim’ detected in either watch. We tried everything from repositioning, to restarting the watches multiple times with no success. After reaching out to the company numerous times my husband eventually got hold of someone who refunded us and we are grateful for that. The incredibly frustrating part was despite multiple attempts to get to the bottom of the issues, trouble shooting & working with them, I was asked to remove my review by the company. I can see from other reviews that I wasn’t the only one. Just not a good look if I’m being honest.

Excellent after-sales service!! We had problems with a Watch Z1 and the attention by whatssapp was efective and solved our problem. Very Happy!

Watch won't recognise SIM card, customer service is an absolute joke, been messaging and chasing for 5 days. Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible customer service. This watch barely works in Australia - even on Telstra, the network with the widest coverage. It cannot keep the time. Kept running an hour too fast and then an hour too slow. Had to keep restarting the watch and logging out of the app for it to work. Contacted Customer Service, sent the watch back and now they are completely ignoring my emails. $200 down the drain and one very upset 10 year old. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Imoo customer service is terrible. U won't get a reply and even if u do, they don't solve the issues. U r left struggling and fumbling with the issues and if u r lucky u can sort it out by urself!

Really good for keeping in touch.
Easy to set up and great to be able to track where your child is and also can call them and text them.

The watch is sleek and stylish and arrives in a really smart box. The features of the watch are really good, it’s a smart phone on your wrist. The tracker is accurate which is fantastic for me, as it gives me peace of mind to an accurate location. The chat function is very handy for quick communication, as is the video calling. We also like the family chat that myself and my husband have set up with our son. Most setting can be made/ changed from the app on your phone.

If worn to school, you can set a block where only certain functions can be used between certain hours (this will be very handy)

Lift the watch face up to activate the camera. The camera takes a very clear photo which you can save or discard to the watch library. If you swipe down it reverses the camera. You can also send photos and videos through the messenger service

Would definitely recommend to other parents. Very impressed

Ich habe eine Smartwatch für meine Tochter als Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft, worüber sie sich sehr gefreut hat, aber sie hat nicht lange gehalten, da sie sich zufällig ausgeschaltet hat. Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundendienst erhalte ich eine Standardantwort.

Es un reloj que funciona bien y me hace estar más seguro cuando lo lleva mi hija. Después de 1 año se estropeó, escribí y me mandaron uno sin coste alguno. Han hecho un seguimiento para ver si me llegaba. Muy contento

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Service des Mitarbeiters/der Mitarbeiterin mit dem Job-Code 2725. Mir wurde über mehrere Tage immer in kürzester Zeit geantwortet und ich habe mehrfach Tipps zur Lösung meines Problems erhalten. Als sich dieses nicht lösen ließ, bekam ich ganz unkompliziert das Angebot, eine neue Uhr zu erhalten. Diese war dann in wenigen Tagen da. Wirklich perfekt!!
