The process was dealt with online, via emails and prompts. I found this to be easy to work with and efficient.
When I needed to discuss something, this was also dealt with quickly, politely and accurately.

Great service and we're really pleased with everyone who was involved. A couple of things - I know that you're very busy, however communication does need to be slightly improved and the portal check list wasn't kept updated which lead us to believe there was underlying issues.

I recently used the conveyancing team for the sale and purchase of my home and had a very positive experience throughout.
Amber and Ross were both excellent—efficient, professional, and supportive—which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Communication was particularly strong, especially with Amber, who consistently responded promptly to emails and messages via the app.
The app itself was a real highlight. It kept us informed at every stage, provided helpful reminders, and made it easy to track progress, which gave us confidence and reassurance throughout.
