Inventory mismanagement
We ordered and were waiting for dresses for some occasion and last minute they said that they don't have one item in the stock. If the item wasn't in the stock why you didn't updated the inventory

Major colour differences
The colour of the outfit is not same as the picture and doesn't seem original Azure clothing. I think it is a replica. The quality is neither good nor bad. It's okish.

It was a damaged item
It was a damaged item. The shirt was clearly burnt from one end. I was hugely diappointed, I had to bear postage price both times.

Atrocious customer service and all I…
Atrocious customer service and all I get is a sorry. I ordered a suit for a wedding and due to delays in shipment, I was advised to go for another alternative. Just as a back up as I was coming close to my event I ordered another outfit which arrived but the quality of the outfit wasn't to my expectstions to what i originally ordered. I called the branch to discuss and also agreed to drive down so I can have a look myself due to everything being on pre order or just give up and get a refund. I drove the very next day from sheffiled and when I reached the store it was closed with shutters down. I called the branch on several occasions and messaged but did not get an immediate response. Once i left and was back in my own town I get a reply from the owner that the shop was opened which is not true. The cost of fuel for driving down and mess up. Who is going to compensate for that. The whole customer journey has been a nightmare. Absolutely stressfull experienced.

Great experience with my first order…
Great experience with my first order with Filhaal. Perfectly stitched just like it shows on the model with all accessories( laces etc), lining of the sleeves privided separately which is very thoughtful. Delivery time was a little over than initially stated but it was well worth it. Will definitely be ordering again.
