Anche se ho dovuto superare qualche intoppo e qualche errore, ho riavuto il mio bagaglio abbastanza velocemente (5gg)
Purtroppo dentro non c'era più un costoso profumo ma questo furto può essere accaduto anche prima che fosse ritrovato dagli operatori del servizio treno. Non speravo di riavere il bagaglio, quindi molto contento.

Fácil proceso para recuperar mi iPad olvidado en el control del Aeropuerto El Prat-Barcelona, a partir de la descripción y mediante una foto del iPad encontrado para confirmar que era el objeto buscado. Todo en tres días.

I forgot a bag in the airport and got it home within a week. It was sent with DHL Express and it was rather expensive. I would gladly have waited another week to a lower Price, which was not an option.

I'm so grateful to FindMyLost in Spain. I lost my watch (with a high sentimental value) and I got in touch with them. Immediately they replied back saying that they had my watch. We coordinate the pick up and now I have my watch with me.

I wouldn't imagine to get my computer screen back. I was so tired I forgot it in the train in Spain and hopefully 2 days later I heard about Findmylost and I found it! I paid for the shipping and it came to me in France with UPS. It's really awesome. The only thing I didn't like is the fact it wasn't protected in a box for the shipping and I had almost a heart attack seeing the plasting rolled over the bag as the screen was 24" and could be broken. But it wasn't, thanks to the special protective bag I had. In the end, I'm very greatefull and I hope it would exist here in France.

Funcionó fenomenal, a pesar de que, cuando me dijeron que tenía que poner el objeto perdido en la aplicación y que saldría al llegar el tren al destino, desconfiaba bastante de que fuera a servir de algo. Sin embargo, nada más poner la descripción, me llegó un correo de confirmación y en cuanto llegó el tren al poco estaba colgado el objeto. La resolución fue rápida y eficaz y me dieron todas las posibilidades que tenía para recuperarlo, junto con las instrucciones necesarias para hacerlo. Muy gratamente sorprendida

El servicio ha sido muy satisfactorio. Recuperé el dispositivo electrónico que me había olvidado en el AVE.

Una experiencia increíble! Perdí mi cartera en el tren de Barcelona a Madrid. Justo cuando bajé del tren de di cuenta de que no la tenía, pero ya era tarde para volver. Me dijeron en el Dpto. de objetos perdidos que contactara con FindMyLost. Fue increíble. Sin hablar con nadie, en cuatro sencillos pasos me registré y esperé a ver si había suerte. en 48 horas en la App apareció mi cartera! Me identifiqué y en 48 horas más un servicio de DHL me la entregó en mi casa. Quiero agradecerles al tiempo de felicitarles por el servicio. Es increíble. Todo iba de primera, hasta q recibí la mochila. Afortunadamente no me faltaba nada, pero no la habían
metido en ningún envoltorio. Tal cual es la mochila, me llegó por mensajería y con un papel grapado a la misma. Casi me da algo del susto. ¿Pueden por favor meter las cosas en una bolsa cerrada para q nadie pueda abrir el objeto recuperado? Me costó 49€, el envío, q no es poco

I lost my purse on a Friday and even though I notified them multiple times that official documents were in there they did not turn it over to the police which is their listed policy. The purse was then mailed to the wrong country even though I had the correct address listed and it took over a week to get it back. Upon receiving it back jewelry was missing.

Ho stupidamente lasciato il mio MacBook sul treno e grazie a Rekeep è stato ritrovato nel giro di poche ore e per questo lo ritengo un servizio estremamente valido - e ringrazio il personale che ha consegnato l'oggetto dimostrando grande onestà. DETTO CIÒ, nonostante avessi specificato che si trattava di un oggetto fragile, mi è stato spedito in un cartone da libri senza il benché minimo imballaggio e questo è SCANDALOSO. Bell'affare ritrovare il computer se poi arriva rotto! Al momento mi sembra funzionare, ma in caso è stata pura fortuna. Sicché: grazie mille al personale che ha consegnato l'oggetto, ma grazie PROPRIO PER NIENTE a chi si è occupato di spedirlo. Un foglio di pluriball costa tipo 20 centesimi! Vergognatevi. Mi hanno pure scritto "verrà imballato come da norme DHL e DHL ha categoricamente negato che si tratti dell loro norme. SCANDALOSO.
