Paid for a service that I ended up doing myself
I paid FindMyLost to recover and return my lost item, but they never actually delivered the service I paid for.
After waiting with very little communication, I had to travel to another city and collect the item myself. Despite this, FindMyLost refused to refund the fees I had paid.
What was even more frustrating was that, after I had already collected my item, they continued sending me emails saying they were "working on finding a solution" and arranging shipment. At that point the item was already in my possession, which made it clear that their updates were not reflecting the actual situation.
Throughout the process I had to repeatedly chase them for updates because they rarely communicated proactively. Every update required me to contact them first.
To make matters worse, DHL staff in Barcelona told me they have encountered multiple issues involving this company, which only reinforced my concerns about the way they operate.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FindMyLost. I paid for a service that was never provided, received no refund, and ultimately had to solve the problem myself.

Mi è arrivata segnalazione di un Invicta Leopardato bianco! Ammesso e non concesso che sia un sistema di matching automatico, su che base un articolo di marca, colore totalmente opposti a quello segnalato poteva essere compatibile? Dico solo che il sistema ha delle grandi falle da rivedere. Comunque ringrazio per la risposta, molti nemmeno rispondono alle recensioni e apprezzo.

ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio derivante dallo smarrimento del suo zaino, ma riteniamo necessario precisare alcuni aspetti, anche a tutela della correttezza delle informazioni riportate.
La nostra piattaforma consente agli utenti di attivare degli alert sulla base delle caratteristiche dell’oggetto smarrito inserite in fase di segnalazione. Tali alert hanno lo scopo di informare l’utente quando viene registrato in piattaforma un oggetto che presenta elementi compatibili con la descrizione fornita. Questo non significa, né può significare, che l’oggetto segnalato sia automaticamente quello di proprietà dell’utente.
Nel suo caso, l’invio della comunicazione “pensiamo di aver trovato il tuo zaino” indicava esclusivamente una possibile corrispondenza generata sulla base delle informazioni disponibili. È quindi possibile che un oggetto diverso, ma classificato nella stessa categoria e con alcune caratteristiche compatibili, venga sottoposto alla verifica dell’utente proprio per consentirgli di escluderlo o confermarlo.
Contestare pubblicamente il servizio definendolo “indecente” o “ridicolo” perché un alert automatico ha mostrato un oggetto non corrispondente al suo non rappresenta correttamente il funzionamento della piattaforma. Al contrario, il sistema ha svolto la propria funzione: segnalare un possibile match affinché l’utente potesse verificarlo.
Precisiamo inoltre che FindMyLost non crea né modifica gli oggetti presenti in piattaforma, non decide arbitrariamente cosa sia stato ritrovato e non ha il controllo materiale diretto sugli oggetti smarriti, che vengono gestiti dagli operatori competenti presso le sedi interessate.
Restiamo naturalmente disponibili ad assisterla nella verifica della sua segnalazione e nell’eventuale aggiornamento delle caratteristiche inserite, così da rendere gli alert più precisi. Tuttavia, riteniamo doveroso respingere valutazioni lesive e non corrette circa il servizio, soprattutto quando derivano da un fraintendimento del funzionamento degli alert e non da una reale irregolarità nella gestione della pratica.

I lost my IPad while travelling in Spain
I lost my IPad while travelling in Spain. I didn’t even know whether I had lost on the bus or train as the travelling was a bit chaotic due to unexpected alterations with train journey. Anyway happily I was able to locate it through Renfe and recovered it from Malaga train station on my return journey. Service was excellent and I felt lucky to have it back before my return flight to Uk

Me dejé mi mochila de trabajo en un viaje a Salamanca, me guardaron la mochila y en una semana la recogí intacta, con todo dentro. Parecía mentira que fuese en España, pero los trabajadores hacen un trabajo impecable.

No usar, terrible trato al cliente. Perdí unas llaves, las encontraron y me las perdieron ellos en el envío y no se hicieron cargo de nada.

En varias ocasiones le hemos solicitado el número de referencia de su objeto para poder localizar el caso e investigar lo sucedido, pero hasta la fecha no nos ha facilitado dicha información.
Sin estos datos nos resulta imposible verificar si el caso corresponde realmente a un envío gestionado por nuestra plataforma. Además, no nos consta en nuestros registros ningún expediente relacionado con la pérdida de unas llaves durante un envío.
Nuestro procedimiento es siempre el mismo: cuando un cliente nos comunica una incidencia y nos facilita la información necesaria, abrimos una investigación para analizar lo ocurrido e intentar resolver el problema. En este caso, no hemos recibido una solicitud que nos permita hacerlo.
Por ello, no podemos confirmar la veracidad de los hechos descritos en esta reseña con la información actualmente disponible.
Si su caso es real, le invitamos a responder facilitándonos el número de referencia del objeto y cualquier otra información relevante. Estudiaremos su expediente con la máxima atención y le daremos una respuesta una vez analizado.

Excelente servicio, atención y agilidad para encontrar objetos perdidos. En mi caso, un ordenador olvidado en el tren. Lo recuperé en pocas horas tras reportarlo. Gracias al personal de limpieza que lo encontró y a quien lo gestionó en la estación de Vigo Urzaiz.

Hey everyone, I was very lucky that they found my backpack. They found it within the 24-48 hour bracket like they said. I even contacted them via email and they were very responsive and helpful. The only stressful thing is time, you just enhance to be patient and wait. It’s a 50/50 % chance. Other than that they were great. Thanks so much for finding my backpack

Ho dimenticato il telefono su un treno Italo a Milano. Disperazione.... ho contattato FindMyLost descrivendo l'oggetto e la mattina dopo mi hanno scritto di averlo ritrovato. Dopo avere confermato e pagato diritti di FML+ spedizione il giorno dopo lo avevo a casa a Roma. FANTASTICI!!!
