Courteous service.
My first time ordering on line with Finlandia. I normally go to the physical store. The item I wanted was not in stock, hence my ordering it on line so I didn’t have to keep wondering when it would be back on the shelf. Ordering on line went smoothly. I was notified when I could pick up the item. Courteous service all around.
