The service from the fireplace-fitters started from the first email. Gemma helped me navigate the big world of stoves and the varying costs. She helped organise everything and personalised recommendations. The first site survey was on time and effiecency. Then Paul and Stefen arrived on time prepped and parked up out of my neighbours way. They cleared the area carefully and put protectors down in my lounge before getting to work. They then worked amazingly fast to fit my beautiful stove. Before showing me how to use the stove, some useful tips to maintain my stove and leaving me with the needed documentations.
I am a very happy customer and would recommend fireplace-fitters to all.

Excellent fireplace fitters, the work to install our fireplace was on time, quick and very clean, not easy to do with our uneven wooden floor.
We had to remove the fireplace 6 months later because we had to move houses, they removed the fireplace without a single mark on the wooden floor ! Great job, we highly recommend this company, you are in trustable hands !

After many years of indecision we decided to replace our outdated gas fire with a dual fuel burner. I honestly can't thank Gemma enough for her advice, expertise and practical thinking (I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecision and constant questions). We're so pleased with the end result.
We had an upgraded liner, dual fuel burner (with large viewing window) and the most beautiful beam, with lights in (highly recommend the lights, it really makes a cosy atmosphere at night). Fitters were tidy, punctual and efficient; boarding out, skimming and fitting.
Communication throughout project was exceptional. Would most definitely recommend, 5 star service.

The team were outstanding from start to finish. Being based in Essex we weren’t sure if the team would service London but they did and the job was superb! As a log burner novice, Gemma was great in outlining all the different products, provide an early stage estimate and then arranged for a full survey to take place by Jordan. The fitting team of Paul and Stefan could not have been more professional and were very kind in showing us exactly how things worked. A 5 star service from a 5 star team - thank you!!

Cleaned up during and after the job. Customer service coordinator was efficient with delivery of the quote, sourcing the materials and giving regular updates on any changes. 5 stars & well deserved!

We had a gas log-burning stove fitted recently by the team at Fireplace-Fitters. We are completely delighted with the result. The fitters themselves were polite, professional and very neat. Although they had to remove the fireplace surround to do the job, one would hardly have noticed afterwards but for a little wall paint retouching needed. From first contact with the company, we were impressed by the efficiency of the service. Gemma in the office was helpful and responsive at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend the company.

We had two fire surrounds (incl. slips & hearths) and one stove fitted as well as the chimney lined. Throughout the process, Gemma was very responsive and helpful in keeping us updated on the works. The team that installed everything arrived on time and was friendly, professional and left our living room clean and tidy.

Used these fire-place fitters to fit a new woodburner were an old gas fire was they made the opening bigger to allow the woodburner fit nice and tidy I wasn’t around but I gave them a key to let themselves in all in all a fantastic job great set of lads I highly recommend them ..
