I’ve bought 4 pairs of glasses from Firmoo now and I’ve loved them all. Well priced and the after sales service is lovely. I’ve always had an email from them to check if the glasses have arrived and that I’m happy with them.
Really happy with their product and service. Great range of glasses too, not the usual old boring ones you see everywhere. Well worth a look!

This company is great , customer service excellent, refund and or exchange has been simple.
The quality of the glasses are great and the prescription was spot on.
So many frames to choose from.

Didn't believe the deal I got. There was a special for International Women's Day so I ordered a pair of sunnies and a pair of glasses. I put my prescription in I'd gotten from Specsavers and hoped for the best. Was so happy when both pairs arrived a couple of weeks later. Well packaged and a perfect fit.

I had a specific request for multi-focal glasses for computer and reading and they were brilliant at checking my prescription with me to ensure I had put the right numbers in. Glasses came quickly and are excellent. I've bought from Firmoo many times and have always been pleased with the quality and service.

Great experience from start to finish. Glasses are exactly as described on website. Easy to upload script for accuracy and good selection of lens extras. Able to track parcel and customer service is perfect! Cannot fault this extra all. Seamless and love my new glasses. Thank you!!

the glasses arrived quickly and securely packaged in a hard case. they fit pretty well and the lenses are to prescription . Ive only had them for a week, so I can't say whether the lenses will hold up to my rough treatment, but so far I'm happy with them for the price.

I selected a set of frames with multifocal lens. The lenses were fantastic and very good quality. Unfortunately the frame I chose nose bridge was too wide for my nose and the glasses slipped down.
I requested a refund and was contacted by support who offered either a refund or exchange. I confirmed I wanted a refund and it was processed immediately.

My daughter bought a pair of glasses, the script was easy to place on Firmoo and the delivery was quicker than first thought, the glasses are of great quality, the fit was perfect and she is very happy with them, give Firmoo ago you won't be disappointed

Very good quality glasses. I did not get prescription so can not comment on how well they do there but customwr service was FANTASITC. Had an issue and they sorted it out right away for me and I am happy.

Cannot recommend enough. The glasses are great and so is the customer service. Any issues and you get a reply within 48 hours with someone committed to solving it for you. 5 Stars from me!

My new glasses arrived and I am happy with quality and fit. Will definitely use again. The website is great in that you can 'try on' the different styles virtually.
