Waited three weeks before contacting Clearly who then only decided to commence processing order and providing a tracking number. Obviously order got lost in the system and only sent once I complained.

Easy to buy online and quick shipping and arrival. Thank you for making buying contact lenses a painless experience.

Long time customer of clearly. Seems like they were sold off. Contacts now very expensive and my most recent order contained faulty lenses. I contacted customer service and after supplying everything they asked they are now ghosting me. I’ve had to order my contacts through an optometrist who turned out to be cheaper than clearly. Long term customer lost!

Product as described shipping times are good. Unfortunately, because the address was not stated correctly in the package I had to leave my work to pick it up in the post office. Because of that I won’t be ordering it again because I would like the package to be delivered to me not pick it up.

Absolute nightmare – CLEARLY should not be trusted
I ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses and every single one was faulty. I contacted CLEARLY multiple times, sent clear photos of the broken lenses, and never received a refund—just a hollow “sorry.” Their customer service is completely useless, and their product quality is unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed. Do not waste your money on this company.

Order shipped in great time and in good condition. Have had to ask for a tax invoice to claim on my private health insurance.

I had a great experience ordering my contact lenses from this company! The delivery was super fast, which I really appreciated. Their customer service was also excellent.
On top of that, I even received a little gift with my order, which was such a nice and thoughtful surprise. It definitely made the experience even better!

I purchased contact lenses. My health insurer reimburse me as long as the receipt shows what I purchased. The receipt send by Clearly only stated I purchased contact lenses but not how many boxes. My insurer requires a bit more information than that. I tried to contact Clearly to ask for a more informative receipt. They have three ways of contacting them: 1) phone (no answer despite numerous attempts), 2) email to customer service (they never respond) and 3) chat with their customer support (whatever I write the chat immediately close with "Your conversation has ended"). I warn Australians from using Clearly.

Delivery was very prompt and packaging was great

About 3 weeks ago you told me that my order was on a back order which I thought meant forever it didn't and I received my audit today fully thank you.

What can I say, Try Clearly and you'll know why I switched and stayed.

I’ve been ordering my multifocal contacts from Clearly.com.au and they never disappoint. Delivery is always quick, and their service is so responsive and reliable. It’s the only website I genuinely trust and count on. Thank you for always being consistent!

Price is great and delivery is fast, however, after receiving the wrong order twice, the staff didnt make any effort to help the situation other than suggesting to return the product that was incorrectly shipped.

Have used previously with no issues, however recently ordered some contacts to ensure had enough when current supply ran out. Due 16th Feb for delivery and now 27th Feb and still says in Process. Now have no contacts and only vague promises of we'll look into it and get back to you in 48 hours. Appalling customer service and only way to contact is direct message. Will never use again
