Worst company we have dealt with in…
Worst company we have dealt with in over 30 years of commercial printing, regret ever using them.
Found their staff to be difficult to get hold of, rude and unhelpful to say the least. It’s worth mentioning they weren’t like this until they had our money and signed contracts.

Excellent service from First Copy
Excellent service by Gerard Taylor from First Copy. Installed photocopiers at two of our sites, the installations all went very smoothly. Gerard has a comprehensive knowledge of all the copiers functions and capabilities.

Outstanding service
First Copy supply all our printers at sites across East Anglia. We have used First Copy for over 15 years and find their service excellent. As well as speedy respondence times and pro-active preventative ideas they go the extra mile to help if they can over and above their normal commitments.

I have had a Xerox machine for 6 years now, and as the things do, it goes wrong from time to time - or perhaps user error! Whatever it is, and it is a bit of both for sure, First Copy have always responded in a professional and timely manner, sometimes at the end of the phone, other times they have been out to visit me on location. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
