Product good, was sold some tubs past best before which doesn’t make a big difference just quality goes down and was no warned of this, after I mentioned this to the team they changed the price of the tubs I bought and offered me free tubs, a refund would’ve been better in this case for me

i spent £60 to buy 20 cans of nicotine pouches, they arrived very fast but only 3 cans were in date. 17 cans were out of date some of which were out of date for more than a year. I tried return the product for an exchange or refund, they simply refused. I wish i had paid via a credit card. I reported the company to trading standards and waiting from citizen advise to see what more I can do to either get a refund or stop this company from selling expired goods. After trying one of the expired cans, I developed this sever headache and ended up in A&E. The hospital had to give me Codine Tablets 30mg to help me with my pain. I have been taking nicotine pouches for over 2 years and never ever have experienced such a sever side affect. Once I can proof that my suffering was due to the expired pouches than I can speak with my lawyer to take this further.

When I placed my order there was no mention of items being out of date, otherwise I would not have placed my order. After I contacted the company, after few days the website was updated that some items may be out of date.

There are many websites that sells products for the same price and their products are always fresh. Avoid this company at all cost.
