Delivery of the incorrect item was very fast. But customer services would not reply to emails so now I’m stuck with the wrong item. Will not use again.

I have ordered here before without dramas but I think something has gone wrong now. When my order didnt arrive in 7 days I contacted them, They repsonded briefly saying just to give them some time. Another 7 days have gone by and they are no longer responding. Be careful with this crowd. I wouldnt try again here. Thankfully I buaght this on my credit card and can get chargeback on this but its all just a massive waste of time.

I placed an order on the 30-05-26 for vaporessp xros pro vape in silver and a box of 10 elux legend nic salts red berry ice 20mg.

I recived an email the next day saying they didnt have to pipe in silver and which colour I wanted I said any which was ok.

Ive received my package today and I have to pipe which ive not opened yet but looks good my issue is in the box of 10 juices there is only 8 bottle's not 10 but ive still been charged for 10 how can that be right, I'm a regular customer and buy all my juices from you guys and feel like ive been shafted and treated very poorly. On the shipping receipt it even says in biro send less, surely my
Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 rights have been breached.

Ordering on the website very quick and easy. Delivery is always fast and reliable.

Paid for next day delivery on 27/05/2026 and as on 01/06/2026 at 9:30am I still haven’t received my parcel
