Ordered a vape nearly 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received it, I will be asking my bank to retrieve my money , I’ve started smoking again, spent nearly £120 o tobacco, what a complete let down.

Item lost in transit and not informed until I emailed them
Could offer better communication. Ordered for the first time took ages for it to be dispatched and have age verification which has never been an issue before. Then had to email them a week later only to find out my item is lost in transit and is now out of stock. I wasn’t even made aware they had been dispatched until I asked where my item was. Really not happy with the service I won’t be using them again.

Ordered last Friday and paid for next…
Ordered last Friday and paid for next day delivery, it is now Thursday and no delivery so I emailed them. They came back to me and said that the delivery company has held it up and it should be to me within 2 days. After I replied I got a refund for the delivery then another email to say my order has only been dispatched, not happy at all and won’t be using them again

Ordered the same juice I have been getting for years. The strawberry cream yoguruto by aisu. It tastes completely different and the colour is off. (Ive had heavily and lightly sleeped liquid in the past this is not the issue) Everywhere is out of stock for this liquid at the minute other than these guys,god knows what they are actually selling in these bottles.

Ordered the same product I always use from this new retailer. The taste is horrific and the packaging is different - I believe I have been sold fake vapes. Have emailed asking for full refund as they are not able to be used at all. Awaiting response to my email.

Products and prices are great. Dispatch time could improve and for the sake of you and your customers, please stop using Royal Mail or at least offer an alternative who can actually offer next day delivery.
