AVOID buying from this company. I thought I was buying from Halara in USA after their jeans had been recommended for a good fit in a 5’2” female.
As the order was being placed it kept changing to Fit and Fabulous but the order had been accepted.
The order took 5 weeks to arrive from CHINA and are nothing like the ones advertised on the model. The quality of the material is also rubbish. I ordered 2 pairs in different sizes as was unsure of fit. It is very difficult and expensive to try and return the items, so I am left with 2 unwearable pairs of jeans. This company is a SCAM.

This is a rubbish company who send out fake goods that are not the quality advertised. They do not want you to send anything back and tell you that if you do, it will be £35 to return. TBH I would be very surprised if you got anything back at all from them.
AVOID like the plague. You’ll be disappointed with the items and you will not be able to return without them hoping you will go away with Email after email of pointless questions and then they tell you about the return postage. Complete scam.

Dreadful product. Took 6weeks to come. Massive jeans far bigger than I expected and look so utterly thrown together

Total scam company. They take your money and send part orders.

Ordered jeans, tracking showed China never arrived. Emailed and they sent replacement out from America this time. Again no jeans. How can companies like this operate!!! Another TWO emails sent and no reply. Rates 1 star however they don't deserve that!

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order 2 months ago and still nothing has arrived. They are refusing to refund my money. Complete SCAM company. Please do not order from them. I wish I’d have checked reviews before ordering

If I could give zero stars I would. Jeans were terrible and nothing like the model advert . They claim to be Halara in USA when in fact they're based in China I believe.
My pensioner Mum bought them through Facebook so we requested a refund as within the 14 day window. They hadn't been worn and still had tags on. They asked to see a pic of the jeans which we provided before they offered a £2 compensation which we refused (jeans cost £25). They offered £4 and then £6.
We have filled in a chargeback request to the bank and still waiting to hear back. Hopefully my review (and all the others here) will warn others to avoid this fake illegitimate 'company'.

Refund address not provided, refusing a refund as no return address being given. Going sround in circles with "customer services" the product is the incorrect size, not as advertised ... yoi are entitled to a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ... THEY LIE!

Arrived at least 7" too long, very uneven patchy colour. They insist they're as I ordered and have no returns policy. Offered me £3 and suggest I give them away!

You are unable to place comments on their post, so unable to warn potential customers it’s a s##m, this is why I’m here on Trust pilot. I ordered jeans over 4 weeks ago, still haven’t got them! I also received the bogus tracking info, pretending your goods are in a certain state of transit, China, America, Belfast ?? that makes no sense at all. Also be careful if you do place an order as they add on £s to your total, thinking you won’t realise (only I did) and demanded reimbursement which I did receive (£5)after numerous emails. I am now requesting a full refund for the jeans I haven’t received.

Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans, never received order. Endless excuses then said the had cancelled order and would refund. Now saying they have tried to refund but got a message saying refund could not be processed. Nothing but a bunch of scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE…AS OTHERS HAVE SAID, AWFUL PRODUCTS TAKING MONTHS TO ARRIVE. I wish i had seen the previous reviews before buying. NO REFUNDS OFFERED, DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY

If I could give no stars I would, fake products, arrive after almost 2 months, faulty and shoddy workmanship, made in China NOT America, pass themselves off as Halara and you don’t realise you’ve bought crap until it arrives. Offered £2 in compensation.

One minute my parcel is saying it’s in china and the next update it’s in United States.
Being robbed off on a daily basis given different tracking numbers. Can’t believe I’ve been so stupid

Order on 4th of October. Christmas present. Animal socks. 77 days ago. Still no order and won't refund my money. This website is a joke. 20 emails and no joy or help just keep telling me wait

DONOT buy this company is a con ordered trousers in September never received emailed 10 times promised to send again not received . I believe this is a fake company and should be struck

A follow up to previous review (Oct 17th).. gave jeans to my daughter as I said in review I do not ever wear anything witha side zip.. less than 2 months the said side zip has broken.. on a positive note ordered and received 2 lovely pair of jeans from Halara.. I will never buy any cheap shyte claiming to be Halara ever again .

Disgraceful company, parcel was tracked from USA to Birmingham UK, where there has been no movement for 2 months, all customer service says it’s in its way, they refuse to take responsibility for a lost parcel, and refund it replace, I can cope with losing money on this I’m truly not bothered.
