They are very pretty but they don’t come with instructions with how to open the locket and when you google on line the item in the video to the items received.

Easy to order, kept informed on location and delivered promptly once in the country.

To thick for a nose ring. More suited for a septum. Very uncomfortable trying to insert, due to thickness

The USB stick arrived in good time, and it sounds really good. Also the ordering service was easy to use.

Delivery slow.
Took over 3 weeks to arrive.
When I tried to track the order I was told it would cost £1 so I didn’t track it.

As mentioned in another review, the hat arrived in two plastic bags without any additional packaging so it was somewhat distorted. My main issue however is that it is small. When I put it on and pull it down, within a few minutes it starts to ride up. I contacted the company but was told that returns are not feasible at this time and as a gesture of goodwill they offered me £2! I found this insulting but I was told that the maximum they could offer would be £4 and they wished me a good life. I certainly wouldn’t buy from them again nor recommend them.

From order to receiving it I was kept informed about the delivery. The hat is as described. Light & breathable.

I found the cap to be small on my head, I’m size 59cm, not overly impressed with quality either.

I ordered an item which was one price at checkout but when the payment went through the wrong amount was taken from bank. I contacted Fit and Fabulois who told me I would receive a refund for the difference . I am still waiting for that to reach my bank. When I received the item it did not match the images as advertised. The item was of extremely poor quality and workmanship and the item which was shown as 3D figures were actually flat pieces of badly painted metal.
I have had numerous emails flying back and forth with this company who tell me the items don't match my order number and the item they sent me is still in transit. I have sent them confirmation of the order clearly stating the reference and order details matching what I have received but they still maintain it is not their item. I’ve asked for a tracking number and expected delivery date of the item they say they are sending me but they keep ignoring this request.
My next action will be to contact trading standards.

The actual process of the shopping was good, the communication about delivery was good.
However I find the produce rather odd. The water doesn't flow between the cups quite like the example. As a water feature I'm not sure about their value. Maybe better when it rains, perhaps?

I was disappointed when I received my order as the hat was all out of shape. I contacted the company who are going to reimburse me a little towards the cost. In the meantime, I am trying to re-shape the sun hat, but don’t know if it has worked yet, or not.

This took ages to arrive . Then it doesn’t work at all . When you contact them you don’t get a reply just a Ai generated message .

Be very careful what you buy as when you get email for amount you should pay ,then you look at your account
And they have taken much more a conning company
Then they say what you order might be different

Hat looks and feels good. As described.

Communication from the sellers was good with regular updates and trackers. Delivery was as expected and the product arrived in good condition. Less positive - the instructions were in German and only in German so I couldn't read them. It seems to require downloading some kind of app and there is a QR link to it, but only for iPhone, not android. I've tried looking on the internet but as there is no name or model number on the product it was only possible to find a generic app which has built in ads and payment requirements. I've tried using it without an app and while it did download some things it didn't work for everything. In summary, a mediocre product.
