Haven't had any problems so far.

The diet plan seems to be good. I have used the online portal site a few times to get some recipes but I mainly use it for following the workout routines that are suggested.

I have been trying out this meal plan for around 6 weeks. It took a week or so to get used to the change in food but I have definitely been feeling better and have lost some weight.

I did have to call the customer service dept once to get help accessing my online profile which was easy.

I would recommend the meal plan to anyone looking for an easy way to plan meals so they can save time.

I cannot get in touch with them. I got my diet plan but was all vegetarian and I am a meat eater, now not sure how I can ask them to change that :-(

Meal plan seems pretty good so far. I have been happy with the range of foods I get to eat. I contacted the customer service team and they helped me log in to the site where i can access the work out routines.

Pretty decent so far. I got into the website that has the meal plan so I can follow that pretty easily. I’m doing the workouts with my husband, we’re only doing the beginner level for now.

I started to notice I felt better after eating this diet for about a week or two. Glad I made the change.

It’s a scam! It’s been over 6 months still no refund on my subscription. I was told I could get part of it back by their team but am still waiting. Pathetic customer care, my emails don’t get responded to. Total scam!

Excellent program but require dedication and self control. As for cancelling the automatic renewal was very simple from your profile ( I disagree with the views that it is a scam)

I am enjoying the help with meal planning, especially during these times. It is much less stressful having my full week of meals planned out. I can do all the shopping in one go and reduce my visits to the grocery store. Since the gyms in my area are closed I have been using the workout website to do exercises at home.

Its a fraud. Offer text is size 18 and automatic renewal subscription text needs magnifier glass to read. Is there any law in USA thats regulate that text must be same size and visible?

Began on this program around 3 months ago after I saw an ad on Facebook. At the start it was hard for me to follow both the food plan and workouts but after about 3 weeks I started to notice a difference in how I felt and looked. My suggestion is to do the workouts with a friend or partner. I found that kept me motivated.

The main thing I like about this is the convenience of having my meals planned out for several weeks. It takes the hassle out of having to think of what to cook every day.

So far the website has been good, and I’m slowly getting into the habit of following the exercises.

I waited around 3 months before I decided to leave a review. Personally I’ve found this diet plan to be quiet successful. I have lost weight and as long as I stick to the meals suggested then I find that I stay in good shape.
I try to do the exercises with a friend so I can stay motivated.

This is a fraud company, they cheat and robed you by compromised your card details to different companies.

I purchased the ebook 1.9 that merchant was TIREELIFENOW.COM and then today, I charged by 5024145667UribeSunInc around 28.99 USD that I never ever subscribed to. We all have to set an example on these cheaters, God knows who else got my debit card details and will see malicious transactions in my account.

I got this meal plan around 1 month ago and while it was hard for me at first to manage the cooking and exercise I have started to see some improvements in how I look and feel.
It came with 2 online trials, I canceled one simply just by emailing them and I’m still using the recipe one for dinner ideas.

Please if anyone knows the customer service number of this fake website or their email to refund my money then please share it!
This one of the worst experience I've ever had!
Guys be careful! They have deducted the amount 2 times from my card! A damn thieves! And until now i haven't received my recipe email since a week!
I should've check about the company and their reputation before i submit the transaction! 🤦‍♂️

My friend recommended this meal plan to me so I decided to try it for a while. I’ve used the recipes they provide and most seem ok. I was able to contact the customer support though email to ask a question about one of the meals I got.

Meal plan is not "personalized",
The worst part is the subscriptions!! It's not easy to cancel, you have to call.

Emails are slow to arrive.

Not recommended at all. Not worth the money or putting your card info.

The meal plan is decent, I didn’t realise it came with a workout plan too which was a plus. Hoping to see it work in the next few weeks!

I Started on this keto diet this week. From the first few days I find the cooking to be pretty easy so far, hopefully I can keep on track with my workouts. Looking forward to seeing some changes!
