I have suffered the same thing as previous reviewers. This company presented an offer on facebook. I didn't spot or see anything a subscription, but they have been taking a payment of £39.95 every two weeks since the 20.02.2025.

I will chose to believe that the company acted in good faith and did not deliberately try to con people into paying a subscription for nothing, but its hard to believe they were unaware of it.

I would suggest that unless you have legitimate interest in their service, still no idea what they actually do, steer well clear.

Hello, you debited me with CHF 3.05 on February 3, 2025, and CHF 55.77 from my account on March 1, 2025, for no reason. I ask you to return this amount as soon as possible, otherwise I will file a complaint and contact a lawyer. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

didn't know I had signed up for membership until the withdrawal from my bank. Recently received an email from this company claiming to represent my Health insurance Aviva offering a free Medicare kit post a survey and paying only the postage. Support fixed it and returned my money. Thanks

where is my so called ‘North Facebag’ you were allegedly selling for £2 that i paid?
luckily spotted potential for ‘subscription’ cancelled that asap , seem a devious, sly scammer company! Stay away
Money was taken on 20th Feb2025!

This company is taking from my account without my authority. I did not sign up for any subscription but top £49.95 from my bank since June 2024.
From my debit card receipt, it showed I pay for parking in June in the UK via pay-by-phone method. I left the UK mid-July. Since Aug, £49.95 was taken from my debit without my authority. Unfortunately I only discovered it today (27/02/2025)
I did not authorise any subscription, therefore took me whole day to search my many email addresses and still could not find any proof of the subscription done by me.
Anyone who reads my review, please be aware of these companies, fitlivia.com and zenliviahub

This company have taken 3 payments out of my account which have not been authorised by me .
I haven't and never would sign up or subscribe to this awful organisation .
They have committed fraud.

Please be aware of this company, a complete scam, they have attempted to take over £150 from my bank account over five days, luckily I had removed funds and my bank was aware.
I had supposedly signed up for a online yoga session which I have little or no interest in.

Recently received an email from this company claiming to represent my Health insurance Aviva offering a free Medicare kit post a survey and paying only the postage. On reviving the invoice you are then told you have subscribed to a recurring transaction. Absolute scam , you will need to cancel before they take money and block through you bank. Embarrassed to have fallen for this.

Somehow this organisation claims that I have signed up to it, completely unknown to me. They have sent an invoice it claims has been paid although I have definitely not authorised this. The first I knew of this was an email saying I had signed up. I have no idea how they got my details. Definitely a scam!!!!

somehow they took 3 payments from my account £39.95, my bank got 1 payment back I do not think I will get any more back. It took a while to cancel a subscription I never had, The account name used was ZENHTHUB.COM. I have no idea how they managed it. It seems Fitlivia is a yoga club might be changing banks because of them
