Thanks for your feedback. The item you ordered was a pre order item, with an eta of Mid April. The eta is only an estimation and with importation, many delays do occur which are all out of our control. The container arrived to us on Friday and your order was shipped the same day and delivered the following day.
Unfortunately our hands are tied with regards to delivery dates and we did notify all customers of the delay

Bad shipping partners
Ordered from fitness hero been over a week and still haven’t gotten my order. Not really impressed, can honestly say wont be ordering from these guys again.
Just to follow up on your reply. As a business it is your responsibility to know who is conducting your deliveries. So to say its not your choice to use fast ways, thats really poor.
Also, not sure if you guys actually looked at the order probably. The address was a parcel locker, so there was definitely someone there. Thats the whole point of parcel lockers. If you do not want to deliver to or unable to deliver to parcel you should be advising to your customers in the check out process. Also, note my delivery is now waiting for collection at a phone shop. Let me just repeat that a phone shop. So it wont be delivered to a parcel locker, but it will happily get delivered to phone shop. Make no sense what so ever. This wouldn’t be a damaging review if your company had its operations together. Really bad business processes and even worse response.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order. It was placed on a Friday, so it would have been packed the next business day on Monday, it was collected on the Tuesday and held at a depot on the Wednesday as no one was home for delivery, I can see it sat at a depot / pickup location for 3 days before it was finally collected yesterday. Not really sure how this can be our fault but thank you for the damaging review you have left us. It is also worth noting we allow customer to select there own courier, you chose Fastway was it would have been the cheapest option for delivery. Again, not our choice to send it with Fastway and we do not control how couriers operate

Thank you for taking the time to reply. We take full responsibilty for the couriers we use, we use over 12 different couriers across Australia and we send hundreds of parcels a week. The majority of them never face any issues, unfortunately issues do occur. We allow our customers to pick the courier they wish to use as we are aware of issues customers may have had in the past. This also allows the customer to decide how much they want to spend on a courier.
In regards to the item being left at a phone shop, this is out of our control, Couriers such as Fastway do not have depot locations that customers can collect from, they use a variety of small and large shops, generally close to the customers location so that it is more convenient for the customer to collect. Again, we have no control over this and unfortunately as with almost every courier in Australia, if they cannot deliver the item on the 1st attempt it is taken to a depot / pickup location for collection. This is to reduce costs fdor companies such as fastway and for time management. We have zero control over any of these procedures or operational systems. We simply pass the product on to the chosen courier and hope they deliver the item with no hinderance. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you

Hi Jason, as already discussed with you today. We were closed over the public holiday weekend when your order was placed, therefore we had a backlog of orders when we reopened on Tuesday. We do offer same day dispatch from our Sydney warehouse as I explained earlier. Also as I mentioned to you today, this item is shipped direct from a 3PL warehouse, the order was sent to them on Tuesday, picked wednesday and collected on Thursday.
You paid for a standard shipping service, it has been shipped on a express service and is due to be delivered on Friday this week. which is earlier than expected and well within the time frame given for an interstate delivery.
The item is still reaching you earlier than expected so I am a little confused as to why you feel the need to leave a negative damaging review on our business when you will in fact have received your product earlier than expected
It is a shame you feel the need to try and damage a business reputation out of boredom.
If you are not happy with the product or service provided, I am happy for you to return the item and I can arrange a refund.
