Decided to buy my plyo box from fitsupplies, as they offered next day delivery, which was perfect due to my work schedule. Unfortunately its been 5 days and ive still not received my item. Not happy

The item was very easily ordered. After contacting the company was given a speedy reply. Once ordered Neoprene Dipped Kettlebells came within three days very good service.

I have been shocked at the price difference from other online stores, including the big far greater value and quick delivery. This is my third purchase there and haven't been disappointed

I think the thing that let's fit supplies down is the misleading delivery.
The advert implies next day delivery on goods. However this only occurs when stock has been received into their warehouse and back log orders have been fulfilled.
I was impressed with the customer service who were easy to reach via email and responded swiftly explaining the situation clearly and providing accurate honest information.
Even more impressed with the goods, a barbell and 40kg weights.
Sturdy bar lovely weightswhich can also be handled independently . Received in excellent condition and packaged well. Very pleased with the price. Delivery easy to track

I caused confusion with exchanging an item but they were very courteous and sorted the issue for me.

Very happy. The price of the product was very reasonable. The Whole process, from beginning to end, was seamless. The delivery was prompt, on time and I was kept up to date through out the process. Very reasonably priced, fantastic weights to use at home, have been using daily. Love the foamed aspect of the bar, makes using it extra comfy. Weights were delivered quickly and neatly packed, easy to assemble and great communication from FitSupplies.

Weight Bench. Well packaged quickly delivered and very good quality. Perfect for workout much more comfortable and safer than a normal weight benches. Definitely worth it.

Delivery took a while. Contacted customer service, the reply was speedy and then they dispatched the item. Received weights…. Some had marks and were dirty.

Products are of great quality, packed well and arrive always on time. Very happy customer; would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I don't buy a lot often but have been using Fit Supplies for several years now.

Most of products I need are available on this site. They do fast delivery and prices are good. I bought it last week.

I looked at this site and purchased Trinity Ball. It was delivered in 2 days. The product was of the quality I expected and the price was reasonable. Great company, will use for any new equipment I buy from now.

Given some of these reviews on here are so negative I will share my experience.

I placed an order last week on Monday, read on the product listing (40KG pump set) which was a pre-order and that orders will be shipped the week of the 13th - no problems. (I didn’t expect next day delivery on a pre-order)

The weights arrived yesterday after having a dispatch note sent on Friday it was with the courier - again no problems (I assumed couriers wouldn’t deliver over the weekends)

So I was very very happy with my order
Yes they come as 3 separately shipped items, I understand why as they are so bulky and heavy it would cost an arm and a leg. They arrived in a brand new factory fresh smelling condition (although the box of the weights was slightly ripped upon delivery) I took photos just in case anything was damaged but they were perfect.

Cannot fault fit supplies at all and I can’t wait to get buff! Might pop a review on socials too. People need to give small business owners a little bit of leeway. I myself own a business tan by only me so have compassion to new online businesses.

I ordered a pre-order item back in February for delivery first week of March and I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed countless times and they keep saying it will be sent but it has not been. I have asked for a full refund but nothing.
Total scam website taking peoples money and not sending the goods. I will have to submit a fraud claim with my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
