Order taken and not delivered back in March. I have tried to contact the company on different occasions to give them an opportunity to respond with no reply. Complete farce. Recommend avoiding them.

Poor quality and slow delivery!
Do not order if you want these goods quickly!! It took over 3 weeks to receive my goods and they came in three separate packages. Not next day delivery as stated and shocking customer service.
Goods were dirty and scratched. Blamed the delivery company for repackaging (all 3 items didn’t look repackaged) - very similar to other reviews …

I never sent any images nor did I receive a refund … so please enlighten me here!
The item description does state that the goods may come in two packages, yet delivery information was only provided once and only in prompt was the actual weights (core feature of the set) sent. It took 10 email exchanges before receiving the full time, 3 weeks later.

Again to reiterate no pics have been sent. I sent a description saying that weights were in a cardboard box with nothing but air bags to which you said that isn’t how you package.
Enough of my time has been spent liaising with you. Yes the goods are scratched but can’t be bothered with the hassle to return them given the aggravation to get them in the first place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are disappointed that you have deemed it necessary to rate us poorly, having worked hard with you to try and resolve your concerns.
As you referenced in your original email to us, all but one of the items in your order were delivered in line with our delivery promise and, upon initial contact, you made no reference to any dissatisfaction with the quality or finish of the goods you originally received.
Your final item, despite having left our warehouse with your other 2 packages, suffered a transit delay due to packaging damage. This item was re-packaged by DHL and then delivered to you slightly later than the first 2 items. It appears, from images that you supplied, that during the re-packaging process, this final item was damaged by DHL. We acknowledged this and quickly rectified this by issuing a refund. Your images clearly showed that packaging other than that used in our warehouse was present on these goods upon delivery and, as such, along with notes to that effect on our DHL system, it is clear that re-packaging did take place to these goods between leaving ourselves and reaching you.
The reason that goods arrive packaged separate, as we explained to you, are due to their differing weights, sizes and handline requirements, making it unsuitable to pack them all together. Regarding your comment that the goods appeared used, as mentioned, this is not something that you raised with us as a concern, but I can assure you that any goods received by us or returned to us in a less than perfect condition are disposed of via auction and never get dispatched to customers. Having reviewed our CCTV, your goods were brand new with all seals in tact at the time of dispatch.
As a gesture of our goodwill and to go some way towards trying to make things right, I have added a 10% discount to your account with us for redemption against a future purchase.

Following your response to this review I have once again checked our systems and reviewed your email thread, which includes images of the packages you received. As well as this, I can see that the offer of a refund for damaged goods was made and am awaiting a response as to whether this is still pending or has been issued. I will re-iterate what I have said above, which is that all items were dispatched from our warehouse together. The tracking number which you were supplied with upon dispatch is the number for your master consignment, which includes multiple boxes, each box does not receive a seperate number, so please accept my apologies for any confusion. We responded swiftly and professionally to all of your email and worked with both our couriers and yourself to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I can see that you purchased our Home Body Pump Kit, containing a 20kg Body Pump Set, Adjustable Aerobic Step and Exercise Mat. This is one of our most popular products and we have never had an instance previously where a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of any element.
Our steps feature non-slip rubber feet on the bottom of each pair of risers to prevent them from moving during usage and the top section is textured to provide grip underfoot. As such, I am confused as to how it has been possible for this step to move during use.
Please can you call me on my direct number, 0161 989 6160, to discuss this matter in more detail so that I can establish that this product is definitely being used correctly, establish what is going wrong and get this matter resolved.

I have not received any weights having…
Updating following the response received below from firm - thank you for this. Will revisit review again once weights received.
I have not received any weights having ordered them. I was told they were at the delivery depot. The depot advised they have lost them which admittedly isnt this firms fault. But i have requested replacements weights and/or a refund and continue to not receive either let alone a response.

I am delighted with the equipment I purchased from this company. The items were exactly as shown on their Facebook page. High quality and at a reasonable price. I ordered on Monday morning and received the items on Tuesday afternoon . I was kept up to date via text re the delivery time and the parcel was delivered at exactly the time they promised. Congratulations on giving a fabulous customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing from then again in the near future.

Before you part with your hard earned cash avoid this company. Delays to begin with, which can happen. But then the stories and lies, all very polite. Only received part order. Those bits that I did get are decent quality & value for money. Subsequent refund today for goods not received.

You ordered a total of 5 items from ourselves. 3 of these were delivered successfully, with issues unfortunately encountered with the remaining 2. By the time that this was brought to our attention, we had sold out of the items in question, so it was not possible to send replacements immediately. As such, we informed you of this and you opted to wait.
Unfortunately, due to widespread supply chain issues affecting all industries at present, our stock took longer to arrive than advised and, as such, like you reference, we decided that under the circumstances, a refund for the outstanding goods was the best course of action at this point, which we issued at the goods full individual RRP, despite them having been purchased at a reduced rate as part of a bundle.
In light of the above, we would refute your comments about "stories and lies", but would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the fact that, on this occasion, we have clearly fallen short of the excellent levels of service which we pride ourselves on. We are, however, delighted to read that you are extremely satisfied with both the quality and value for money offered by the goods you received.

Body pump kit
Recently purchased the 20kg body pump set and could not be more impressed with the quality and service.
My first step in the kit arrived damaged and within a day I had taken recent of a brand new step. Amazing customer service.
