Lost it 450£ Sunday and monday games aren't pay out even small or high bet stake probably they are using rigged code for a games I will escalate this matter to ukgc

Really bad £160 into one slot, no bonus at 40p a spin, and asked a question, was told they would get back to me by email, but didn't bother, just closed my account instead

I placed 2 bets before a race at 20:37 and 20:38. The race was on at 20:41 and was even delayed til nearly 20:42. The greyhound won and when I checked my open bets they hadn’t settled and I refreshed a few times as the full result was in. They then after maybe 4 refreshes said they were cancelled and my stake was returned. So after the greyhound won the bet just happened to be cancelled? I will be following up on this as before this I thought it was a decent site. For now I’m rating one star as this is as bad as it can get. Problem resolved, some sort of crazy issue on the track at hove. Race was thrown out. Staff responded.

Update: adjusted from 2 to 4 stars as apparently I placed an Each Way bet instead of a Win. Other comments stand, but I appreciate the positive and non-dismissive response from Mark.

Site is okay but a bit glitchy on iPad. Withdrawals processed promptly. Always like to use proper bookmakers rather than the big ones, but sadly no Best Odds and no proper forecast or tricast (instead some own odds way worse than Tote calculations)

Also check your returns… £20 bet at 3/1 won, but returns were £57.50 and customer service confirmed this is correct (obviously incorrectly), despite screenshots confirming odds and win. Spent quite a bit with them but now closed the account as no longer trust them and quite literally fraudulent.

Customer service don’t do much except just pass a message to somebody else, who replies sometime later by email.

Had a bit of an issue with a winning bet however i Received excellent customer support, received a few phone calls from Mark helping me out with the issue, it was resolved fast.
Withdrawals are also instant so no complaints. Excellent bookmarker!

App isn't the best, bugs out a bit, tells you to log in whilst logged in.
Not sure the other comment was "unprompted" as I don't believe they had the opportunity to withdraw not with how the casino pays out, must've been from sports betting.
Had 2 sessions on their slots, averaging about £1 loss per minute as it very rarely gives you anything back.
Had a few bonuses paying about 10-20 x's my stake which wouldn't be too bad if it didn't take 80x's your stake to get it.
