Met FitzBet at Cheltenham on Gold Cup day. A proper, no nonsense bookmaker. Have now opened an account with them and the team there have been excellent, genuine customer service, and the prices are decent too. This is how it is supposed to be.

Restricted my account because I won a few bets! What a joke of a company. I bet if I lose loads my account would be normal.

Started the welcome offer but was unable to place the reward bets. Contacted support. Couldn't help. Said I would be emailed but haven't had anything. Now I see that the bonus has been removed from my account. I placed a grand total of 6 bets on this site. Rubbish and untrustworthy

Woefully slow settlement of winning bets. Ruins the customer experience and it is a pity because FitzBet is a nice site with lots of markets.. fix the settlement times & I’d give it a 5 star review ..

The rtp on all the games i played was terrible. Lost over £650 in stakes less then £1.50 played well over 20 games all paid terrible
