Friendly and helpful garage. Had to wait a while for parts (not their fault) but once in the turn around was quick and I was back in my car faster than I expected.

No curtesy car provided leaving me to rely on friends for nearly 3 weeks Unhelpful attitude.After the rrply sayimg nothing on file ref cc there woildnt be as none was provided. I was told that once car was on site I woild get. So the unhelpful attitude continues

I think to improve a customers experience it would be good if you were made aware that your car is more than likely to be with the garage for at least one week,

Took a while to get the repair done (6 months wait), but understandable as there is shortage of parts, but they have done repairs to my previous Land Rover and cannot fault the quality of work and Donna dealt with things brilliantly, keeping me up to date.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. My car was with them for 2 months due to parts delivery problems which wasn’t their fault. I was kept up to date about the progress, and the finished work looks amazing. I even asked if anyone could look at one of my car keys which wasn’t working, and Andrew fitted a new battery for me free of charge. Can’t ask for better service than that. I’d recommend Ashgrove garage unreservedly.

Had a bit of a delay due to supply issues, which can't be helped, great service from staff and kept updated through out each stage of the process. Once repairs had begun car was turnaround very quickly and looks like new. 😁

Faultless simple service.

Only issue is car was small and manual but it was only for a week.

Excellent service. while my car was in to be repaired staff kept me informed at every stage. The repairs were completed to a high standard and staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Staff were brilliant, I was kept updated throughout the repair process and was loaned a courtesy car so I wasn’t off the road while they fixed my car.

Top quality work was really impressed with all the work and the match is spot one , was a shame my car was there so long but they where busy then parts taking a few weeks to come just to be expected, but the wait was worth it with how good the car looks now

Efficient, informative and very helpful staff. The repair looks fantastic. Just one issue is the delivery of spares, through no fault of Ashgrove. My car is drivable but lacks one trim that is on back order. Again Donna and staff have been fantastic.

my alfa romeo was sent to ashgrove following a non fault crash by my insurance.the office staff were helpful but the repairs were sub standard.i refused the car twice then had hoopers carry out an inspection .the guy from hoopers agreed the repairs were poor.the panel gaps were shocking .the paintwork although a nice finish was clearly the wrong colour.the quality controller donald was very rude and lied saying a new part had been fitted and hadnt.if i said black donald would say white.i hope i never have to deal with them again.the car has now been removed to another bodyshop to get the job done again.avoid avoid avoid. reply to your comment. IF YOU DID A SATISFACTORY REPAIR TO THE VEHICLE THEN IT WOULDNT NEED TO BE REPAIRED AGAIN AT ANOTHER BODYSHOP.THIS IS FACTUAL.

Although there was a delay completing the repair to my vehicle, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.
The progress website kept me up to date with progress. The reception team were always ready to answer my queries. Their phone manner was excellent, very friendly.
My vehicle was returned in immaculate condition.
Well done team.
