Battery was flat when it was returned to us and handle to close boot lid was detached. Have had to use jump leads to start car ever since. Phoned to complain and to query why heat setting and blower setting were both set at max. They denied responsibility for draining the Battery and told me it was nothing to do with them, quite aggressively. I've reported them to my insurance company and await their response. We will never use this company again will tell everyone we know about our awful experience.

This was an insurance job, they had a courtesy car for me and communication was excellent from start to finish. Repairs were completed in 5 days and they even polished the car inside and out. Did an amazing job. I've seen quite a few negative reviews about this company but I couldn't fault them. Good work!

The services provided were very good. Courtesy car was in good condition and comfortable to drive. I was kept updated with progress and job was completed in line with initial forecast.

Excellent repair, appreciated updates, friendly service

I received a great tracking link which was updated regularly. When my car was ready it was immaculate, the whole car had been valeted and looked amazing. I wasn't expecting the inside to have been touched so it was a wonderful surprise.

Despite the turn around being very quick, the quality of finish appearing to very good, and the car getting delivered back to me, my car came back with some additional badges on the wings that it didn’t have before it went into the shop and is now a “Limited Edition” with badges on the wings stating it.
At the time of review I’m still waiting to hear back from body shop and agree a forward plan.

Can’t say I’m overly amused at finding new badges on the wings.
Depending on the outcome, either the badges removed or refund on the cost of removing them I will change my review.

I have also fed this back to my insurance company.

Honestly who ever applied the badges to both wings needs to be questioned and if they worked for me they probably wouldn’t be any longer or would certainly be on performance improvement plan, sounds harsh but I don’t tolerate stuff like this. Why can’t people just do what they are supposed to do, and not mess with stuff.

Upon returning the car to us that was booked in to get a new bumper, undertray, wheel arch and some wiring, I noticed that part of the vents wasn't put in correctly. There was a scratch on the front parking sensor and a couple scratches on the chrome of the vent. All can be proven that it wasn't there prior to going in. Quite bad considering that i had an email stating that the car had to go through quality control before I could collect. Insurance company agrees that the fix is not to standard and I need to find another garage to fix what they've done wrong. So it's going on 2 month now and and my car still isn't fixed. I think that short cuts were taken as my husband had complained about service. But this isn't that, this is mechanics that have done this. Really disappointed

Excellent service. Regular updates via email about status of planned repairs was very helpful. They conveniently picked up my car and dropped off courtesy car to my home address which saved me a 60 mile round trip on a work day. The whole process was stress free and easy.
