The repairs appear to be well done, but the time taken and lack of communication from Fix Auto was unacceptable. My car was perfectly drivable prior to collection by Fix Auto, but it was 11 days before they started work on it. I had to chase to find out what was happening. Then I was called on a Friday to say it was ready except they had found a crack in the rear light assembly. Did I want it back or wait until Monday for them to fit light assembly. Eventually I was called on the following Thursday to say they were delivering the car back - 28 days after they took it in. Insurance company required me to use them for repair, but I wouldn't do it again.

Fix auto delivery driver John is a credit to your company I have to say to he went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs due to having back surgery and the problems It causes me getting in and out of cars he supplied me with a few different courtesy cars to try so I could be as comfortable as possible which was a great help to me. Once the car was repaired John returned my car back to my home address. The car looked great but I noticed that there was a few bits in the paint that wasn’t quite right he assured me that they would be rectified at my convenience. I then arranged for my car to go back to the workshop for the imperfections in the paintwork to be rectified. John made sure he delivered me another courtesy car that was suitable for my needs again. But then from that point onwards that’s when it all started to go wrong I had to then go to the workshop to collect my car to find out that the work hadn’t even been completed and also had the pleasure of meeting Chris who I now know is the owner of the workshop who I found to be quite rude and unhelpful. This then became an ongoing problem for the next couple weeks trying to get the problems with my car resolved. I’d just like to say a big thank you to John for helping as much as he could and apologies for all the phone calls I subjected him to and my lack of empathy for all his hard work he put in and being very respectful and understanding of my needs thank you. Good job as I was away while the work was done

They repaired my car after a collision, we were referred to them from the other parties insurance but I would 100% use them again.
They called frequently with updates, were polite and kind. They even collected our damaged car and delivered it back to us when the job was done. For a family with young children at home this was very much appreciated!

Quality of work was great but my experience was let down by their lack of communication. After my insurance company approved the work, they failed to contact me re booking my car in. I had to chase them. Once collected- which was great as it was from my house - they then failed to keep me updated of progress. I was told it would be every 2 / 3 days - I had to ring twice for updates. Also it’s pot luck if your call got answered in a timely fashion.

Very happy with the service

The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful but the overal customer experience is poor and the directors need to asses this. The phone system is weak and it can be extreemly difficult to get through at times resulting in having to email and hopefully getting a reply. Also the delivery date of my car was not adhered to leading to me taking time off work and as a consequence a loss of income. Compenation of any kind was denied.Suggest revisit the communication systems and customer experince process.

Great service and communication. Fixed my car after a crash, supplied a nice courtesy car and my car looks good as new.

FixAuto's service has been an absolute disappointment. Despite multiple promises, they consistently lied about the availability of the headlamp bracket needed for my car's repair. Their lack of transparency and truthfulness throughout this process has been frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend FixAuto to anyone based on my experience.

I had a small accident damaging the side panel of a door on my Audi.
It took Fix Auto UK 6 months to repair the damage, a shocking experience. I also blame AXA the motor insurer…..

Excellent work carried out the front end of my 2012 Focus looks like new again, I informed them of a small electrical fault on indicator and they rushed over to my workplace to fix it. Their service is second to none , thank you very much.

I had excellent service from this company. Polite, friendly and helpful.
Car looked great after repair and washed. Mark even brought it directly to my home. I was really impressed with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Appalling service. My car was crashed into whilst it was parked outside my house in June and after my insurance company passed the repairs onto fix auto I have not had a single update and don’t even know where my car is. It took 5 weeks for them to collect my car due to numerous errors on their end, they have had it for 5.5 weeks now and I was not told if it had been delivered too them safely, have not had any update regarding the status of the repairs, cannot get through to them as phone is always engaged and have had emails ignored. If you can avoid - AVOID.

I booked my company BMW into Fix Auto in New Milton, Hants, and from the outset I found the team, especially Mark, to be really friendly and helpful. They understood my wish to be back in my car as soon as possible, as it is always a hassle to have to use a hire car. I was aware that it might take a few weeks for the repairs to be completed but luckily it took just over a week and to my untrained eye the work looked excellent. Overall Mark and the team have a great work ethic where nothing is too much trouble and the customer comes first, a rarity these days. That said, I hope I don't see them again too soon, as it means I will have incurred more damage. Thanks Fix Auto

I found the telephone calls and meeting the men on site extremely helpful. The only issue I had was the actual premises it was difficult to let them know I was waiting on their forecourt. Covid rules didnt help but the meet and exchange cars could be a lot smoother. No problem with work which was done and is excellent.

Great major repair completed by Bournemouth Team (New Milton). Very helpful people, good communication. Really good attention to detail. Russ particularly was so easy to deal with. We were given a courtesy car whilst our car was repaired. We would definitely recommend Fix Autos Bournemouth.
