Busy place and friendly staff. Dropped the car off on the Monday and collected the following Tuesday, a slight delay on the delivery of new trim required. Was kept updated as were the courtesy car company. Work done looks top notch and an unexpected courtesy valet…fair play!

I am so impressed with the whole experience we had at Fix Auto Bristol.
My daughters car was hit by flying debris whilst driving which unfortunately caused a lot of damage. There was no third party to claim from so we called our insurance company, Aviva, to report the incident. They gave us a list of local repairers and we chose Fix Auto Bristol North due to a previous positive experience with them. I received a call from Connor a few days later to book the initial inspection appointment. I met with Mike who assessed the damage and he was able to get the repair booked straight away as we did not require a courtesy car. I was kept up to date with the progress of the work by text and email. Six days later, I received a call from Connor to say the car was ready to be collected. From our insurance company to the team at Fix Auto the process was straight forward and fuss free from start to finish. The quality of the repair work is excellent too. I enjoyed a chat with Connor and Lisa when collecting the car - they are really lovely people and a credit to you there. Obviously, we hope not to need your services again but would choose your team and highly recommend you to others.

Poor communication and didn't complete the job well so had to have a part redone which meant taking time out of work twice as not open on the weekend.

Excellent service and great good quality repair. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately the garage caused further damage to my car while with them. This is still to be resolved as I now need to take the car to them to inspect at my time, cost and inconvenience. Two of their drivers were using their mobiles while driving my car on the public highway. The site is overcrowded with vehicles crammed in everywhere. I do not recommend using this garage at all.

Great experience. Easy to get booked in (small wait of a month), curtesy car given and quick turnaround of my car. Bodywork looks fabulous, they’ve even cleaned and polished the car to look brand new. Great service and friendly team.
