Lauren at Fix Auto was really polite and courteous at all times, she constantly kept me up to date on what was happening from the minute they was chosen as the repairer even organising my car to be collected even though it was still drivable, as a precautionary she offers they pick it up on a low loader. It took long time to repair the car…
It took long time to repair the car (2months).
When I got the car back and start driving I was getting sign of parking alert and when I check I found out one of the parking sensor was broken. I put it back by myself. Also I found out some spot on my tyre which wasn’t there when I send the car for repair.

From the initial phone call to the person who had instant access to the items replaced on the car, to Josh who managed the rectification, it was an excellent experience. 48 hours from initial contact to rectification. Very helpful, no long email exchanges, just a desire to resolve the issue quickly. A very good experience.
