First visit to Fix Auto. I went in with an issue, which the chap looked at, worked out the simple fix I’d been too dim to notice myself, and he just fixed it by grabbing a couple of nuts and screwing it back together. No charge. I’m booked in for a service now. Friendly service from the reception team too. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Had work done on a dent after an accident and went through our insurance company. Car was picked up from my home at the same time as they left me a courtesy car. The two gentlemen who came were so down to earth, friendly and helpful and said if I had any problems I only had to call fix auto. We were able to track our car while it was there and with in a week the work was done and my car returned to my place of work, so super convenient. Our car came back looking brand new!! I hardly recognised it! Would definitely use this company again if we needed to and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The staff were everything a customer could want when dealing with a difficult situation. Friendly and thoughtful, always making sure they were doing everything they could to make things as easy for us as possible. We were treated as people not as just another customer.

My van was gone a little while, but I have to say, the quality of the work made it worth the wait. I was given a courtesy vehicle (of my choice) for the duration, with my vehicle picked up and returned back to me upon completion. You couldn't ask for more. You honestly wouldn't know my rear doors had been dented; they've been straightened out perfectly, the respray has been done to a very high standard and looks perfectly colour-coded. I really couldn't have asked for a better service. These guys know what they're doing.

On 24th May 2026 a metal parking post sprung up underneath my vehicle, ripping through the protective under cover and severing my brake lines. Fix Auto was assigned via my insurance company to recover and repair my vehicle and, due to a Bank Holiday and the fact that my car was safe in a private car park, they attended on 26th May. Throughout the process, which took around 2 weeks, The communications and service I received were first rate and their operatives were always on time and very approachable. I am unable to comment on the quality of the fix but I am confident that should there be any issues then they would be addressed in the same manner. Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service.

I recently had a dent repaired on my car door and I’m genuinely so impressed with the quality of the work. The repair was carried out to an incredibly high standard — you honestly wouldn’t even know there had ever been any damage. The finish and paint match are absolutely flawless.

The whole experience was professional from start to finish, with great communication, fair pricing, and a quick turnaround. It’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their workmanship nowadays. Fix Auto were great from the moment we contacted them. They came back to us quickly to find out more about the services we required and then sent us a quotation within 24 hours. They kept us up to date with progress during the work and the job was completed within the timeframe and quotation given to us. The office team were very friendly and helpful during drop off and collection too. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

My car was picked up and a courtesy car was dropped off. I was kept up to date all through the process. When it was returned to me it was perfectly repaired. The colour match was absolutely perfect, the work was very professional and the staff were really friendly right across the board.
