Thanks for good work my only issue was that I booked an automatic car and also requested it a few weeks before the work was carried out was told at last minute that only manual are available I’m sure you could have sorted this out I was disappointed with your customer service other than that thanks again for a good job maybe next time

The only concern I have is the length of time it took them to repair the car
Otherwise the staff were very helpful and friendly and kept me informed of why their was a delay which turned out to be a parts issue

The part we needed was slow in arriving but figure this is Brexit or pandemic. Fix Auto Durham were brilliant at keeping us updated. Everything went smoothly - dropped and picked up vehicle and courtesy car. Plus the job itself, looks like a new car and much cleaner than when they picked it up. Good job guys, thank you.

This is the first time for a big bang. I was kept informed of their progress. The receptionist was always helpful and cheerful. My car was delivered spic and span and on their completion date. My Mercedes looks new gain. i will always recommend them, their staff made me feel less stressed in this unfortunate situation.
