Recently completed repairs to Grandfathers Bmw 2 series, absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and all work completed to an exceptional standard.

What a cracking experience I’ve had. A guy called Nathan came and assessed the repairs I needed very quickly. He explained everything to me and the following day collected my car and left a courtesy car.

The repairs they’ve done are spot on. The car looks as good as new. They were all helpful when I collected the vehicle and they humoured me given my worries as I was involved in an accident in this vehicle.

Very helpful and explained that if I have any issues then to just call them. This gives me good hope that they genuinely care about their work and will help if I need them in future. I’d highly recommend them. I will be returning with my other car that has a wee scratch/dent to see if they can sort it for a reasonable price.

Very professional service, constant updates from Nathan and the team , courtesy car landed at my door step a few hrs after the accident, very happy with the work carried out to the car , overall very pleased with the service.

I had an accident (my rear end) but fortunately my car was still driveable and because BYD needed time to send the parts, this was important to me. I was communicated with every week and kept up to date with timing. They were under pressure as regards loan cars, however I had a big project, so I agreed to leave the car in and pick it up within a week, I faced five days in front of a computer, while they fixed my car. This was a win- win situation for me and Fix Auto GreenIsland. When I went to pick up the car it looked great and it had been valeted and BYD had it calibrated. It looked as good as new and it was stress free for me. They are nice people to speak to and work with. They are real professionals and the car was immaculate. They pointed out one small fault - a small hair line crack on the underneath of the rear bumper. I would never have noticed it but they had already ordered a replacement part and would contact me when it arrived. I have no issues at all and would recommend Fix Auto GreenIsland to anyone. Nice, friendly and professional people who care about customers and fix you car to the highest standard.

After vehicle inspection parts ordered and car booked in for repairs within a few days. Repairs took 4 days and car received in as new condition. Would certainly recommend this company for car body repair to a high standard.

Their professional approach is beyond excellent. Our car was picked up outside of working hours at a time that suited us and we were constantly kept up to date with the progress of the work via phone calls and text messages. The work carried out was done to an exceptionally high standard as expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone that requires their service. Fantastic and friendly staff.

I had the unfortunate event of a car bump. The insurance referred me through to Fix Auto where Natalie was in contact within 24 hours of me being referred which was fantastic. Nathan was very informative and efficient when it came to assessing the car and dropping it down to him for repair. 10 days later and the car is back with myself fully repaired and repainted. Excellent service with reassurance and communication throughout from Nathan and Natalie.

My car was damaged in an accident on Tuesday.Nathan was out that afternoon and surveyed the damage .My car was picked up from my home next day and i was kept up to date at every stage by phone and their app.. All the crew i met where very friendly, pleasant and professional . My car was brought back again as good as new and smelling new too after a valet! Nathan even called back to my home after working hours to fit and replace a bulb i asked a question about .They really went over and above to make sure everything was perfect .. They made a difficult time a whole lot easier by taking care of everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan and Natalie and already have ! Thanks again guys ...

Our car was damaged on a Friday evening and dealing with the insurance company made very little sense. But somehow AXA engaged Fix Auto to sort our car. Nathan went above and beyond to get us sorted with a loan car the next day and had our car back to us looking like new in next to no time. Nathan explained the process and gave us straightforward advice- he really knows what he is talking about.
I have met some others from the company and you do get the impression it is a friendly caring place both with each other and their customers.
