Poor customer service I was treated like a thug.
Service was not completed.. I still have to go back there again. Wasted my whole afternoon there been denied to pick my van.
I also noted that the back parking sensors is not properly fixed.. wondering if they tested them after fixing..

My insurance company has instructed them to collect my motor vehicle for repairs. They have collected but the problem you as a client not able to contact them because they do not answer the calls at all. I have end up reporting them to my own insurance company. They have managed to repair my motor vehicle and return back to me but vehicle had issues over heating, headlights not been done properly and the steering wheel was scratched. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service my car has been with fix auto Hainault for 5 weeks after telling me it would take one week. Nobody keeps you updated and every time I ring they keep moving the completion date!

Not easy to get in touch. Once the repairs were done we were put under a lot of pressure to pay the excess and VAT in a short time before the vehicle could be returned, or pay £50 p/day for vehicle storage.

I am taking this opportunity to draw Fix Auto's attention to a serious issue. I am hoping they would take it as constructive way as it meant to be.
I have given only three star rating due to the fact that in my opinion, Fix Auto had a wrong or inappropriate policy about providing courtsey cars.
The assistant took photo of every little minute scratch which was on the courtsey car as if it was her iwn car at the time of landing it to us. It was totally unnecassary. It stressed me out. We were unable to drive the car with confidence. In fact, I was far too scare to sit in the car. And when we gave the car back, we had to put up with the same ordeal again. When I requested to explain her reasons for that sort scrutiny, she commented that she was doing me a favour and laughed it off when she saw me stressed out with her behaviour. I ended up walking away from her. The car was dirty and there was no petrol in it. It had a light showing of an empty tank. No customer should go through what I went through, just because I needed a courtsey car. It was 100%avoidable.
If Fix Auto believe they really had to do it rhat they are doing then they must find a different way of approaching this subject. I had several courtsey cars in my 44 years of driving history and had most prestigious cars for a courtsey car. Noone has ever done this kind of scrutinised checks. Totally unnecassary. All they needed to say is that there were no bumps and .major scratches and if there were some they needed to made the customer aware of them that's all. Not take 30minutes to take 50 odd photos including nail scratches on the door handle and so and so forth and then come back to face that again to match each photo again. This was most stressful eight days I had from a courtsey car.
I tried to call Fix auto six times in one day to see if my car was ready because it was the day I was suppose to collect the car but there had no message about it. Therefore, I tried to call them. I left three messages on the vm but still no reply. The following day, I paid a visit to the shop personally, and the same receptionist/admin told me off for coming there because if the car was ready she would have told me so. I saw Ken and he spoke to me.
When I asked why the calls were not answered or the vm, she replied that she had been too busy.
However, the three beautiful stars rating is for the engineers who dealt with repairs at the time. Ken was most wonderful and very much transparent in his work. If it was not the admin, I would have given 5star rating for the work they did. .
What a shame, the real job did not get the rating they deserved.
I am sure, I am not the only customer who felt the way I did. Therefore, I am using this opportunity to let Fix Auto know know in the hope noone would ever had to go through this ordeal. After all, the repair workers do need the rating they deserve and missing out on it.

My car is still in this awful companies premise.
Customer service is important & makes up 50% of the work experience.
I am not signing off the work at all -
Going to get main dealer to asset the damage & repaired work as No confidence this company.
One of there team called me & was asking me about damage 13 days after they took my car- they denie this but how did I get his phone number & email address to send him photos etc.
Fixauto can respond to this but if you really want a honest experience ask fixauto to tell you about my car (white Chr 19 plate) to provide evidence.
I can provide evidence-
They was told by mobility team & RSA to call me on Tuesday 7th - you guest it no call - got call at 4.59 Friday telling me wheels are still with refurb company.
25 days & counting & still have my car- 25 days for wheels to be refurbed & getting refurbed again & this time only 24 hrs-
They are rude utter liars - they find it funny to anger me.
RSA are just as bad & I have a serious complaint going on & then I am going to financial ombudsmen As RSA are trying to cover up for them.
Just to add - if it’s a non fault accident - you do not have to go with their repair company.
