Very friendly customer service and a great bodywork repair and spray - appreciate them getting me an automatic courtesy car which was brought to our door. Hassle free solution to my cars damage

Excellent service everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was picked up by one of their representatives and a curtesy car dropped off; when the work was finished our car was delivered back to us and the curtesy car taken away. The work done on our car was spot on and you cannot tell where the damage was.

A superb repair job carried out on my car, I was kept up to date with progress the whole time and the Reception Team was more than friendly.

They did a great job in repairing the damage and I was happy with the outcome. They did take longer not the work them expected due to there equipment breaking.

We had to deal with Zenith who i will never recommend, but Fox Auto's, I will highly recommend.

They were extremely thorough although speed is not their strong point quality was impeccable. Speed can be down to a number of factors so other cars, and lack of parts did contribute to the 5 weeks.

Took over 2 weeks to get my car booked in then after agreeing to complete the works in 1 week - took longer.

Zero communication from arranging repairs with the insurer. After 2 weeks of silence I had to chase fix auto.

Simply not good enough.

The car was collected from my house which was convenient. Once the damage had been assessed and the repair was accepted by the insurance it was plain sailing. I had to send in photos initially but then received photos back of the progress which was reassuring. Prompt polite responses anytime I called or emailed. Smooth return arranged. So far no complaints on the repair though do wonder if they knocked the towbar at some point as it was difficult to hook up when we hitched out caravan.
