Service and communication from the team was excellent.
When meeting some of the team 1:1 they were extremely approachable and professional.
With Tesla parts being hard to get it did take a while for the repairs to be completed (outside of Fix Autos control) but I was kept well informed and the work completed was excellent. Car as new! Returned cleaned, washed and tyres polished.

Professionalism
From the 1st contact with Fixauto to the finish up, was extremely efficient and without incident. It was good being able to look up and see how the repairs were going. Pickup guys were friendly and courteous along with telephone receptionist.
My car was returned in excellent condition and inside and out was spotless. I strongly recommend this company for all of the above!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My car was with Fix Auto for nearly 2 months for minor front-end repairs. Communication was awful throughout, and after getting the car back, I found a serious issue with the steering that they had clearly missed. Despite reporting it, they never followed up. I had to pay out of pocket to fix a damaged track rod that should’ve been addressed in the original repair. Unprofessional, poor service — I won’t be using them again.

Hi Fionn, I'm sorry that your customer journey wasn't what you expected, sometimes when car's are getting repaired there are delays due to part supply, which is out of the repairers control. As for the fault with your track rod end, your vehicle was given a full wheel alignment and we have a print out that shows no concern of any damaged component, we are quite happy to supply this to you as it is timed and dated with your vehicle registration. Stay clear
Where do I begin.. on the Monday when they were to collect the car they didn’t collect it I had to drive it in. Told would be done and delivered back within 5 days. Rang before closing on the Friday to see what time it was being delivered back, then to be told would take another week. No courtesy car. No update.. nothing.
Got the car back the following Friday after a lot of hassle. Forgot to fix something on it and another thing stopped working the next day.
Absolute nightmare and still not resolved. Receptionist has no customer service skills. Stay clear. Awful company.

We're sorry your experience included delays, a lack of communication, and unresolved issues, we have tried calling you on numerous occasions to get the issue resolved however it wasn't missed as it was not reported on the initial claim to the insurance company so we therefore had to wait for the insurance company engineers to authorize this extra repair. Excellent Workmanship
The quality of the workmanship on the car is excellent - I am very happy with the quality of the repairs on the car. My only issue is that I was told it would take about 6 days to complete but took over 2 weeks - accurate information was difficult to obtain.
