The guys at Fix Auto have just repaired the boot on my mini and done a fantastic job. They turned it around in a couple of days and even gave it a lovely clean and polish. I would defintley use them again, although hopefully I don't need to 😂

The repair to my car is superb, thank you so much. Your staff have been amazing and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

EMPLOYEE REVIEW. I was hired here as a MET technician coming from a 15 year vehicle technician career. I was upfront when I applied for this job stating I had not done MET work before but am looking to pivot my career. They acknowledged this and employed me knowing this. The first 2 weeks were all fine as I did a few big land rover jobs they had building up ( a brand where I had come from ) that I imagine none of the staff there wanted to do / were capable of doing. Then after those jobs were done one of the technicians kept telling me he was in charge eventho when I had started i was clearly told by an actual manager who is based off site they are no managers on this site and all people are equal. Then over the next few days this person began with his belittling / borderline bullying behavior saying things like my 10 year old can do this and "im the only qualified person on site" bearing in mind there's about 5 other fully qualified people on site which shows how little he thinks of his colleagues. He also took some enjoyment in telling me that another previous employee only lasted 2 days. ( I imagine because of his attitude / behaviour ).

I made all this known to an actual manger off site who employed me and was told to see how it goes. I did not believe this was a acceptable response to the issues I had raised and so decided to leave on that day.

I have told all friends and family to avoid any of these businesses at all costs.

From start to finish, these guys were great. Their customer service was excellent - plenty of contact and updates and the two members of staff I dealt with were friendly, kind and informative. They provided me with a replacement car for the whole time my car was in the shop. When I collected the car, they showed me photos of the whole process and my car was clean and beautifully repaired. Great job!!

I recently had my Omoda 5 repaired at Auto Fix Leeds South. The overall service I received was excellent. The repair took longer than initially anticipated, largely due to parts availability, which is understandable given how new the vehicle is to the UK market.

Throughout the repair process, I was kept well informed with updates several times a week, which I greatly appreciated. The team went above and beyond to deliver a high standard of service. In particular, Ash stood out for his professionalism, approachability, and clear, consistent communication. His support made the experience far smoother and more reassuring.

So easy to arrange a date to drop the car off and leave at site. I was kept up to date with the repair, and advised when the car would be ready to collect. The repair was completed quickly while the repair was superb.

More supportive an upfront around customer rights regarding collection and delivery rights, wanted me to drive the 45 mins each way when i was entitled for this to be done for me. The person knew this but kept the info back as if he would benefit from not arranging this.
Opening hours would have been a problem if i had to collect.
Apart from that excellent 👍

From initial contact the staff were helpful, which was greatly received because I was finding going through insurance stressful as I’d never dealt with a claim before and didn’t know what to expect. I was initially dealt with by Blake and then by Ashley. I had a courtesy car which was clean and useful for what I needed. The cosmetic repair of my car was quoted to be done in 7 days but it was actually done in 4 days which was fab! Great work, happy with the results! Thanks again.

Lack of communications between colleagues and customers. Promises not kept. Also opening times not clear on website. The actual repair is ok as far as we can see but still waiting for the cover for the headlight washer.

Excellent friendly and informative reception staff. Repair work excellent and completed in the projected timeframe. Hire car of a high standard.
