They are attentive to customers. My car was returned promptly, cleaned inside and out and looked like new. After the upset of an accident (not my fault) this was a really good feeling!

The women at reception rang me saying I have an issue with my wheel nut which which is missing and I have to pay for it i belive the engineer said the wheel nut was missing when the car was seen on inspection but when having a look at the wheel nut you could tell that it was opened by force due to the nuts thread was still fresh like it had been used and was bent this was poor when the company changed the tyre on but couldn't replace the nut and I had to pay for it after picking the car up the car wasnt even washed and I had phone call saying they need to rest something on the car bit poor again have to take the day off from work and drop my car off when this could of been sorted when the car was booked in

Hi Ameer,
We refute your allegations that anything was opened by force, and have pictures from the original estimate which clearly show the wheel nut is missing. We scan all vehicles that enter and exit the site to avoid cases like this, and have video footage to back this up.
One of your wheels was missing a wheel nut when it came in. We called and sent over images of the wheel, advising him that we could get the nut replaced and gave you the cost of the nut, which was £12.20. The other option was to take your vehicle when completed with the nut missing, but you would have to sign a disclaimer.
You decided to pay for the nut, and when it came to collecting the vehicle everything was fine, with you signing the collection note. It was later after leaving the site that you claimed the nut hadn't been missing in the first place, and that we had just damaged it without owning up to it.
We advised that this was not the case, and sent over the original estimate images from when you came on site for an estimate. The pictures clearly show that the nut is indeed missing.
We ask you to kindly amend this review to take into account this correction, or we'll ask Trustpilot to remove it for inaccuracy.
