That the garage collected my car to be repaired from enterprise where the courtesy car was from .
Communication was excellent and I was updated regularly. The car was repaired in the estimated car your scale and came back fully cleaned and valeted.

A fantastic service received from Scott and his team today with a localised repair on my car. Fast turnaround and communication is second to none. Would strongly recommend this bodyshop. Cheers, Simon

Really helpful, went out there way to collect my car even though they don't cover that particular area. Kept me up to date with progress and then dropped my car home for me. Repaired quickly and it looked like a brand new car. Thanks for all your help.

Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to fix car, providing regular phone calls to update me on progress whilst it was in the garage, and as certain parts weren’t ready made sure to contact me to bring the car back to get it completely sorted. Would 100% use again and recommend.

Took car for a relatively minor repair after a rear end shunt. Staff very welcoming and friendly indeed.
Nothing was too much trouble. They rang me whilst I was on holiday to let me know that pars had arrived and I could bring car in on my return.
Car was repaired promptly and I collected a few days later. Superb workmanship and car returned valeted.

Fix Auto Lichfield is the most professional body repair shop I have ever visited, The repair work was outstanding, and my vehicle was like brand-new.
They looked after all the Admin for me and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Had my car repaired back in may due to a nearly passed driver backing into me, the job was top quality and you can't even tell it was in a bump.

I have been kept up to date regularly and everything explained thoroughly.
Repairs were carried out swiftly and my car was returned to me having been valeted and cleaned.

I have recently been referred to Fix Auto Lichfield to repair my car following a minor RTC, from the first point of contact they have been thorough and professional! I’m not easy to get hold of due to my job but Nickie the customer service advisor was efficient, understanding and always very helpful! I had some accidental damage to my Motorhome. I received an immediate quote, they were able to fit me in within a couple of days and 3 days later it was fixed. I had thought I might need a Motorhome specialist but they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. Staff were all super helpful throughout.

Having had an accident in my car, with all of the stresses that come with this. I was directed by my Insurance Company to take my vehicle to Fix-Auto situated in Lichfield. Thank goodness they did as I cannot rate this Company enough. They were totally professional and courteous throughout, keeping me fully informed as to the progress to my car at all times.
I was amazed and delighted with the work that they undertook and I got the car back looking brand new.
