From beginning to end, Fix Auto in Penzance were absolutely brilliant! They kept me informed every step of the way and were kind, polite and very efficient. It's not often, these days, for a company to care so much about their customers but Fix Auto couldnt have been better. I would be delighted to recommend Fix Auto to anyone.

Damage to you car is always a stressful time for all concerned so it was wonderful that my insurance company suggested Fix Auto in Crowlas and the whole process went so smoothly. Firstly taking my car over to check what needed doing. Being informed of the next stage and that they would contact me to book it in when my insurance company agreed the quote. This they did a few days later and the a few days after that the car was taken in to be sorted. I had a courtesy car to get back home and they told me they would phone when my car was ready. They did an incredible job with it my car especially as they had to match the color Orange Fusion. Thank you Lesley and Mark for all your help.

Great communication and reassurance through the process. Explained all well. Car came back great and so clean.. am sure the kids will trash it again but for a dew days.. joy.

I contacted the Penzance branch local to me, took the car in to show them the damage and received a quote from
Mark the next morning, as promised.
My car was booked in promptly after I accepted the quote, and the work was done within the promised timeframe of two days.
Some of the damage was missed and not repaired however, but I contacted them to point this out and they were hugely apologetic, asked me to bring the car in the next day and it was done within 15 minutes.
All the repair work is of such a high standard, you would never know anything had happened. The staff were all friendly, easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They even hoovered and cleaned the interior, which I wasn’t expecting!
All in all, a great experience and fantastic service from start to finish - would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

My car was damaged by a foreign tourist. My insurance company took twelve days short of a year to sort everything out and Fix Auto Penzance only took two days to carry out the repairs. The service received from them on every level was first class with bells on. Highly recommended.

I recently took a wheel in for repair at Fix Auto Penzance. They did a superb job and I’m delighted with the result, both in terms of quality and price. They were friendly and efficient and altogether super people to deal with. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to others.

Arranged through my insurance company. Fast efficient and excellent communication throughout the repair.
Had extra work done in addition to the insurance job which was twice the price of other local garages but as car was going in to fix auto anyway I decided to get both jobs done. Was done as quoted and within same time scale.

Aviva put me in contact with Fixauto after I damaged my boot and bumper, they were very quick to get things ordered and gave me a loan car while they repaired my Leapmotor C10.
