Excellent service from Fix Auto, very friendly and helpful staff, my car had to be repaired after an accident and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with the work they carried out on my car. They kept me informed all the way and, bearing in mind the shortages of parts at the moment, it came back to me within two weeks. Excellent service with a smile

It’s took a bit of time to sort out having trying to track down a Nissan wing mirror it hasn’t helped that Covid is around but they managed to get one eventually and got the job done it arrived late yesterday but it was quite dark by this time but light from our house I was able to see they had done a nice job will look again today great full to have it back not to happy with the insurance company and will be speaking to them happy with the garage

Good communication from start to finish and an excellent quality repair! Can't ask for anything else. Some delays due to parts availability but kept advised at all times of any delays. Highly recommended for any bodywork repairs.

The vehicle was returned in excellent condition however the feed back from staff about progress and delivery was very poor

General lack of communication on the receptionists part. I frequently rang to ask when they would be returning car.
Didn't seem to know what was happening but equally didn't ring me back to let me know.
Drivers very good but no indication that they were returning car.
Also insurance assessor turned up without ringing priorly.
I also asked for a quote for other work to be carried out while doing repair but had no call again. General lack of communication all round. Disappointing.

Initially they provided me with a courtesy car with a bald tyre. They didn't inform me they wouldn't be returning my car when promised. The work performed was fine.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The repair to my Ford Fiesta was excellent and they kept me informed of the progress from start to finish.

Car was returned fix but it lost the wheels alignment....

Did an excellent job on the repair and presented the car back in showroom condition, outside and inside.
They took the time to explain would they had done and found them easy to deal with.

Long and short - my car was collected, it was fixed, it was amazingly cleaned (really well cleaned!) and returned.
Only haven't give 5 stars because I had to call to book it in after the first date offered wasn't suitable. The car was needed for a relatively easy job (change of a running board) for 3 days!? Collection day - no one called we waited we had no confirmation of times etc but we were told just after 9 - I called to check at 10 and it was collected shortly afterwards. When the car was expected to be returned, again no communication, I had to chase to see what was happening. When I called the people who I spoke to were beautiful, helpful, articulate, kind and patient, only ruined by the fact that it was customer led not Fix Auto led.
My feedback therefore is more proactive communication would give you solid 5 stars in my opinion - thank you so much

Excellent repair to my vehicle after pretty substantial damage. Definitely recommend you.

I would be happy to recommend Fix Auto Pershore vehicle repair centre. Communications and customer relations were generally good.
There were some cosmetic issues in finishing the vehicle paintwork which lead to a delay; the management were quite open about this implying careful quality control which in itself improves confidence.
Although my repair amounted to a small job the repair work was evidently undertaken to a high standard overall.
The centre was extremely busy suggesting some demand for its services.
