I recently (March 2024) had my BMW F30 repaired At Fix Auto (Perfect Paint) Sandhurst and I was very impressed with both the work and professionalism of all the staff.
The work involved repairing the front wing and a replacement front bumper after an arguement with a 4x4 in my works car park! The paint (colour) match and finish was spot on but I felt that the gap between the panels and bonnet were not quite even (I'm very fussy!)
I mentioned this to Simon and without question he immediately agree to align them to my satisfaction which he did, the gapping is now perfect!
That same day after having the car washed, sods law, the 330d lettering came loose and was about to fall off. Again, I gave Simon a ring and he immediately agreed to put them back on for me (rather than the suggestion by the car cleaning guy to stick them back on with super glue!) all at no cost!
So a really good service from Simon and Perfect Paint and I would not hesitate to have my car repaired by them again, highly recommended, well done!

A really good overall experience - They were very transparent about how much the repair would cost and provided us with a breakdown of the work needed and throughout all of this, the staff were all very approachable and helpful.

After having an absolute nightmare with Admiral, they finally appointed Perfect Paint to repair our car. Straight from the off they were completely professional. Nina in particular was amazing and managed to sort out my problem within 5 minutes. Something that Admiral couldn't do for nearly 20 days. Our car was promptly collected and regular updates given. My car has been returned today and whilst it's been raining, it looks absolutely fantastic and like brand new. Honestly the work they've done is fantastic.

original work was completed fine, but when i found a scratch on my car the day of getting it back. Which the manager agreed to repair for me. They have not returned my calls or contacted me in any way to solve the matter.

My car had a horrible crunch on the front drivers wing and it looked absolutely awful as it is only a few weeks old, I went away on holiday and left it with this company. They brought it back & You would never know they’ve been in an accident, the drivers who picked up the car and dropped off & The courtesy car were polite and looked after my vehicle very well. It came back polished and clean as a whistle and I was very glad that it went to that company and I’m very very happy as a customer

Nina at Fix Auto has been very attentive with follow-up calls to let me know what’s going on. My van repairs were completed faster than expected and to a high standard. I’m really pleased with the service and would gladly use them again.

It can be a traumatic experience for any young driver (my daughter) when their pride and joy is involved in an accident. Simon and Nina looked after us from start to finish and their expertise meant that the experience was as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. From the drivers who collected our very sorry looking vehicle, to the regular communication on progress, our vehicle was returned to us two days earlier than expected. With their fantastic workmanship and eye for detail, it looked as good as the day it came out of the showroom.
