Didn't return the vehicle when they said they would and 3 different people asked me about the VAT and excess.
Got a call saying if I paid the V & E that afternoon I'd get the car back the same day. Paid immediately but didn't get the car, did get a call asking for the money again the next morning. Also got asked for it by the driver when dropping the car off. Do they have cashflow problems or is it just communication that is letting them down? Sort your act out!!!

Amazing service, fast efficient with a great looking repair, turned around in good time and a nice loan vehicle in between. people were always really nice on the phone and kept me updated. would highly recommend

Having your car repaired due to an accident is never a nice experience to go through but Fix Auto made the whole process easy and painless, they were great to deal with from start to finish. Worst repair company I have ever dealt with, customer service doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary – their communication was non-existent and when calling they were rude and mostly unhelpful. The timelines they proposed for repair ran days over and when the vehicle was initially booked-in with them, they failed to ‘save’ the booking, resulting in my partner waiting at home all day for a collection that never happened… If you’re after reasonable turn-around times and good customer service then please look elsewhere…

Just want to say a massive thank you to the entire team at Fix Auto Sittingbourne for the recent work carried out on my beautiful BMW 640 MSport Gran Coupe.

After a recent disastrous ‘repair’ by another local ‘outfit’ just to repair a few scratches and tiny dings to the doors which was totally screwed up, I took the car down for an initial assessment by Lewis and immediately booked the car in. True to his word, the car has now been corrected and simply looks stunning. I found the entire team reassuringly friendly and professional but I must say a special thank you to Lewis for his exceptional service dealing with all my queries and concerns where nothing seemed to much trouble - the guy’s a legend…

If you have a car you really love and cherish, don’t cut corners - just pay a little more and leave it with the true pros like these guys.

After the disgusting experience I received from fix auto in Gravesend it was a breath of air when my repairs got transferred to Sittingbourne I received a first class service.
The staff are very professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Fix Auto to anybody.

They were very good and helpful and even cleaned my car when the job was finished. The receptionist was also very good so overall a job very well done .

Fix Auto resprayed the tank and side panels of my classic motorcycle. An excellent job undertaken including the fine details on the pencil lines on the tank and new transfers for the side panels

Back lights not fitted properly,
Boot rubber not fitted properly that I had to push back in line,
Bumper not lined up
They picked up the car today at 9:45am to rectify the issues 18/04/2023 and brought it back at 2:45pm with a collision error fault on my screen saying the car has been hit at the front of the car on the 18/04/2023 at 2:03pm, and once again the rear lights don’t sit correctly and the back bumper has swirl/scratch marks around the lights they have been fitting.not happy with the cowboy repairs at all or customer service. I would not recommend these at all to FIX your pride and joy.

Totally satisfied with the work done on my Mercedes B class. Great job on getting the genuine parts, seamless paint job and the overall workmanship. One small area of improvement could be to keep the interiors cleaned well before delivery, the car was smelling a bit bad for a while untill I had to do a detailed interior cleaning.

Friendly, helpful staff. Car was completed ahead of schedule and returned to me spotless

Fix Auto recently repaired my Jeep after it lost an argument with a wall.
I have nothing but good things to say about the service. I received a courtesy car promptly so there was no displacement to my travel needs. Whenever I phoned for progress I was very impressed by the lady who knew exactly what was happening and timeframes etc, without putting me on hold or fobbing me off.
When I received my Jeep back there was no indication of any damage whatsoever - an excellent job all round. Very happy with the result - would definitely recommend!
