I recently had my car repaired at FixAuto, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. After needing two new doors, I got my car back in pristine condition – it looks and feels as good as new! The quality of the work was phenomenal, and their attention to detail was truly outstanding.

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. I initially dealt with Lucy, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth right from the beginning. The main communication throughout the repair was handled by Andy, and I can’t praise him enough. Andy was exceptional – he kept me updated regularly and made sure I was always in the loop about the progress of my car. His level of communication and dedication to customer satisfaction deserves special recognition – he’s definitely staff member of the month in my book!

My new car was involved in a non fault accident, Fix Auto repaired my vehicle and returned it to me in perfect condition, like brand new. I was kept updated throughout the process so pleased overall.
Andy and the team are fantastic.

My car required a lot of work doing to it after an accident in July 2024. Andy picked up my car in mid-August 2024 and returned it to me in immaculate condition (as good as new, inside and out) some six weeks later. Whilst the garage was waiting for spare parts I was kept updated by Lucy, via emails and phone calls. She was extremely knowledgeable on the repair process and explained everything to me in clear and understandable detail. And whilst my car was being repaired Andy kept me well informed of its progress. He was equally informative and confident in his dealings with me. Andy and Lucy are a credit to Fix Auto Slough. Very happy with Fixautos right from the start. They replied promptly to all my enquiries and were transparent and upfront about what they were doing on the repairs and how long it would take. My car was picked up and delivered on time and Andy was very polite, friendly and helpful about answering all my questions and was patient with me so I understood all the processes regarding my repair. My repair was done impeccably to a proper professional standard, looked fabulous, like new. Car was clean and valeted beautifully on return. Following being hit by another car I had my rear windscreen/boot smashed and scratches and scuffs on the rear bumper. My car was collected the same day and I was kept in the loop of where my car was going. I had an update on my car as requested (I had a response very quickly). I had a phone call to say when my car was ready and offered a time for delivery suitable for myself and they delivered the car on time. Not only does my car look brand new it came back spotless (cleaned both inside and outside). The team are very professional and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends moving forward.
