After a single voice Mail by Fix Auto to arrange for my car collection, all subsequent communications to get my car in for repairs was poor. All chasers and the task of dropping my vehicle off to the Bodyshop where initiated and done by myself. Taking me two weeks to finally get to this point.

The Courtesy car provided was a small hatch back which was neither adequate nor equal in grade to my mid-sized car. Having a newborn, this presented quite a few challenges.

Repair to damaged area looks good aside from some minor scratches which I’m surprised to see on the panels which would have been repainted…something I will bring up with Auto-Fix.

Auto-Fix’s Explanations to my feedback where put down to technical issues with their telecoms system and lack of alternative available courtesy cars.

Fix Auto provided a courtesy car and the repairs look like new. They showed great patience with some challenging issues between the insurance company and the leasing company but throughout this they communicated politely and efficiently with me. I would recommend them.

Following the insurance company go ahead for my accident repair, Fix Auto Immediately contacted me and arranged collection of my vehicle and the supply of a courtesy car. The collection and handover of the cars was thorough and professional. Fix Auto kept in regular contact regarding status of the works. Once the work was completed, the formalities were finalised over the telephone and drop off my car and collection of courtesy car arranged. I was very please with the bodywork repair and would recommend Fix Auto for their customer service, reliability and thoroughness.

They fixed my car. For money.

I brought my Audi R8 into Ranj at Fix Auto Slough for paintwork, alloy refurb, and changing of badges. The team did an amazing job and the car looks 10 times better. They even went a step ahead and fixed my window and electrical wiring which they found to be troublesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Expert workmanship and a really qualified workshop. Thank you for getting me out of trouble with my carelessness. My car is now better than brand new!

Great service. Done a really good job on my van .Fenton very easy to deal with. Dealing with fix auto slough was easy as they kept me posted with repair.

Email Communication at the start was a bit questionable but once phone contact was made the process was great. Had a chip, scratch and broken grille, they were all fixed to a high standard and cost was also cheap compared to several garages and companies I had quotes from. Will definitely use fix auto Slough again if I need to and recommend others to use them.

Being an electric car, it was imperative to me that my car was handled by someone who knew about Electric cars. Fix Auto Slough were not only highly experienced in Electric cars but came across as very professional in their service. My Audi E-Tron was repaired to factory standard and I will definitely be recommending them to other motorists. One of the highlights of the service is the pick-up and drop off of the car.

Work was completed efficiently and professionally at the agreed time. Special well done to Amar who went through all the repair work at collection point.

A garage that does what it says it was going to do and when it will be done . I was delighted with the customer service . Fenton delivered my curtesy van on time and also returned my repaired van , looking lovely and on time . It’s so nice to be able to trust . I was well chuffed with them 10/10
