Fix Auto UK contacted me as soon as my insurers instructed them. They arranged to collect my vehicle the next day and a day later approved my repairs and supplied a curtesy car. The repairs were carried out quickly and are of a high standard. I was kept updated throughout and they got the work done in time for me to go on holiday, which really was appreciated. I liked the text messages informing me of the progress. Henry really made me feel that I was important as a customer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them

Fantastic customer service at every stage. They kept me very well informed and are so personable and professional. Equally, the standard of work is excellent - it's no surprise they're authorised by Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and McLaren - and yet they gave my humble little Hyundai i10 the same care. The team made the whole process considerably less stressful than I expected (first time collision repair) and I'll be recommending Fix Auto Stevenage to everyone.
