Lovely for us to get our car back. It had been cleaned and throughly valeted, it was sparkling, thank you.
Five weeks to replace a rear window but this was due to supply issues and we were kept up to date every step of the way by Jaz whose customer care skills are excellent. The rest of the team we met were polite friendly and helpful. Well done all.

I had my Lexus UX side door repaired with FixAuto, Ziggy and Jaz really looked after me, when I could not get it repaired elsewhere as everyone was saying the job was very complicated, FixAuto were there and the only people to help. Honestly could not recommend this place enough, a small hiccup with parts but honestly not their fault, very attentive and knowledgeable about what’s going on. I cannot thank Jaz enough for dealing with me and vehicle the whole process, honestly such a lovely lady and very caring within her job roll, very happy with my customer service, bare in mind my car has been there for almost over a month and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated.
