Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. The team did a fantastic job fixing my car and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repair work was done to a really high standard and the car came back looking perfect.
A special mention to the girls at reception as well so friendly, welcoming and helpful every time I called or came in. They made the whole experience stress-free and went above and beyond with their customer service.
You can tell this company genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Mel is outstanding
Mel is outstanding, and the support team is great too. Mel is the main reason for the high rating. The repair took an inordinate amount of time (waiting on the parts to arrive took 3 months) which was frustrating. The repair itself was professionally done, other than my windshield fluid was emptied and not replaced, and there appears to be a part with a missing cover.

As you are aware this was down to Volvo not having the parts available. We are sorry that your windshield fluid wasn't replaced and for bring it to our attention. We have since reinforced to the staff that they should always check and top up the levels. Regarding the missing cover there was a cover noticed that it was broken when stripped and was unfortunately not in stock and have since replaced. Car repair sorted at Fix Auto West Hampstead
After my car accident my car was collected very promptly by Fix Auto. Then l was away. When l returned, the customer advisor Mel was excellent at keeping me updated about progress and at answering all of my questions. Her colleague Kelly was also equally friendly and helpful to me. When l came to collect my car, Jordan told me again that he had pushed the insurance company to agree that a new wheel and tyre were also needed because they were out of alignment. I am very grateful to Jordan for taking the extra time to go out of his way to sort this issue out to ensure the safety of my car and myself for the future.

Great service, friendly staff
Great service, lovely staff. The level of finish of the repair was excellent (I'd damaged both passenger doors all way down to the wheel arch).
This was the first time I'd pranged my car. I had never been through this experience of having to take a car to a body shop before. Everyone at Fix Auto were friendly and communicative about the process.

Friendly but professional service and can’t recommend enough
The guys there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and can’t recommend them enough! Polite and welcoming reception staff, and a particular shout out to Jordan who was friendly & professional and took the time to explain clearly what was required to fix the scratch on my car but without any salesman pressure to go ahead. Will definitely use their services if needed in the future.

Hit and run repair
My insurance company chose fix auto for repair of my BMW which was damaged in a hit and run, the team were fantastic, prompt in their responses and despite their being a delayed date due to ordering of parts, the car came back looking like new. I can't thank the team enough and would recommend them strongly.

The team in the office were excellent
The team in the office were excellent. We had the misfortune to have two separate incidents a few days apart which made things quite complicated. The team were very professional but also very kind and this enabled us to relax and to know that we were in good hands. We were kept well informed and we are very pleased with the work done on the car.
