Good experience all round, Lorna&Dee very helpful

I used Fix Auto at Weston-super-Mare after scraping my car on a gatepost. Very helpful, friendly office staff (Lorna and Dee), great communication throughout. Comprehensive and thorough explanation of how the repair would be carried out (Richard). All completed on time, the repair looks fantastic, the car was washed and ready for collection. And a lifetime warranty included! Very happy customer.

From the time I was handed over to them from my insurance, they were very courteous and professional.
This followed through to when I handed over the keys and was given a courtesy car thanks to Dee and Lorna. The courtesy car they gave me was excellent, less than year old and a pleasure to drive.
The repairs are excellent with no evidence that any damage had ever occurred. The car was handed back to me in showroom condition, both inside and out.
I cannot praise them enough, the staff, service and quality was everything I would want in a company.

Great service. Good communications from Dee and Lorna and efficient pick up and return of car with great bodywork repair. Only downside was lack of planned courtesy car, but we were able to do without to make sure the repair went through quickly. Would recommend.

They got in touch quickly after I had contacted my insurers. They delivered a courtesy car when they collected mine for repair. All the staff are kind and helpful, keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs which were completed in good time. Thanks especially to Dee and Lorna who made the whole experience an easy and pleasant one for me. I live a few miles away and they delivered my car in mint condition inside and out, collecting the courtesy car at the same time. I couldn't have asked for more.

Not a repair business I have used before but it is an insurance approved centre. I was impressed by the high quality of service from the team especially the girls on the desk and the excellent standard of workmanship of the repair. The car actually came back better than it went in. No hesitation at all to highly recommended Fix Auto Weston.
