I received an excellent service from Fix Auto Wtexham. I was kept informed with updates on the car repairs and everything was completed in a relatively short time.
My car was even delivered to my home when it was ready. That was an unexpected but lovely surprise!

From start to finish we recieved the very best care from this fabulous company. We were kept updated every day on where they were in the repair of my pride & joy😌 I would happily recommend this company, and wouldn’t go anywhere else if needed (hopefully not😬) in the future.

First time using the company through my car insurance after being involved in a collision. Their communication was faultless. There was a long delay for parts from Renault due to supplier issues but I was kept fully informed 2/3 times weekly via text to keep me updated. Very happy with the final work. Sadly disappointed...upon driving my vehicle home when key card battery warnings came up on my dashboard. I considered my car would have been stood still for the majority of the time whilst at the centre so thought it needed a good run. A 16 mile journey home resulted in my car then not starting again within 20 mins of needing to go out again. Due to battery warnings I changed batteries in both key cards but neither worked, my car was completley non responsive and I was home alone.I was due to have an important appointment that afternoon but couldn't get there due to not having a working car...this short notice cancellation cost me £120!! I contacted Fix Auto to discuss the situation and was told 'it was fine when with them and on the test run"...thus wasn't doubted but also didn't help me there &then and I felt they were washing their hands of me. I was told they could try and get someone out to me to jump start the car but that was it...i decided this wasn't required as I was now very late for my appointment and my partner could do this a few hours later when home. No further advice or help was offered..I was just told not to forget they were closed sat &sun so would be Monday before I could be intouch again. This was so disruptive and left me without my vehicle and unable to get to work on the Saturday!! I continued to ring a local Renault garage for advice...they were just as confused but instantly sent someone over to view the keycards and vehicle. When Dave (Renault employee/mechanic) came to my house he lifted the bonnet as instantly found my battery hadn't been reconnected properly...the 2 contacts were literally just sitting on the terminals...loose...so as I was driving home any bumps and the battery was disconnecting...the bolts weren't even present let alone tightened. Whilst I understand that it's a simple mistake and lack of attention to the job in hand their customer service took a turn for the worse I'm afraid. No one contacted me on the Monday to follow up my enquiry from the Friday. I since incured another charge from Renault understandably for £65...therfore the lack of attention cost me in total £185!!! I was considering taking a family members Audi there for some bodywork but sadly now I won't be recommending there services or use again. I would welcome a reply from management to discuss this situation.

Excellent service from start to finish. They took care of everything. The curtesy car was of a good standard, they explained what would happen and kept in touch throughout the process. The brought my fixed car to me. Finally they were good enough to call me to check I was happy. I can't recommend enough 😊

Would highly recommend FixAuto Wrexham. I was informed of all the processes that my car was going through throughout the repair. Richard and his team always took the time to speak to me with what issues I had and always in a polite professional manner.

First time using Fix Auto Wrexham, they were excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated on progress of work. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Can’t fault any aspect of the experience from the car being collected to it being returned.

This was an insurance claim against a driver who reversing into me. I contacted their insurance company that instructed Fix Auto. Repairs done, appear to be good, they come with a guarantee. Car was collected from me on the Wirral and returned fixed and valeted. The workshop manager called me at the start of the process to explain that as well as replacing panels they would check the structural integrity of the car. Regular contract via text. I dealt with the Wrexham branch.

The Wrexham staff are excellent, regular updating texts, on receipt of the car I needed a minor adjustment to the door, dealt with promptly and efficiently. The standard of work appears to be excellent and I would recommend them.

Staff very helpful but several texts sent by different people when I had already made contact as asked. Little confusing.

This company is awesome. I cannot recommend them enough, from the crew that collect and deliver your car to the receptionist. The work they carried out was very good and I cannot knock the work at all. Very good and highly recommend

From the outset every member of staff was efficient, helpful & honest e.g. about waiting times. It was a 'no nonsense' efficient & effective experience.

It took some time, couple go backs for snags but in the end we got there and work they did looks great. Never ignored my call or email and willing to help till I was fully satisfied with the work.Like I said all this took some time but I had courtesy car for times of repairs so it wasnt to bad. Quality job and nice people to deal with. 4,5 stars from me. Thank you all

Ours was an insurance claim and the service was excellent. We were kept updated throughout the process and the staff could not have been more helpful. Yes, we had to wait a couple of months before our car went in for repair but it was driveable so not a problem. It took 2 weeks for a bumper to be replaced but we were provided with a perfectly adequate courtesy car. Our car was handed back in perfect condition. Would use this company again.
